I haven't, I tend to grow in (if one can say so) to the bands I like even more as time passes by.

Me, too. I still discover details in Scooter tracks that I didn't notice before. I'm getting more and more curious, what the following releases will be like etc. My Scooter love is still growing and I'm a fan since 1996/97!

The same for me, I even like them more now than I did in the past, because I know more and more about them and about the track's etc. I hope the Scooter future will bring us much excitement. :P 8)

If we have grown out of Scooter we wouldn't be on the forum. You make it seem as if Scooter is a band for kids. :?

I don't think I will grow out of them. I'll probably still be ravin' to their tunes in my 70s and 80s!

I like Hardstyle a lot! But after listening to some harder CDs I usually either get bored or get the feeling that the fast and hard bassdrum is going over my head like a truck. That's the point of time then to switch to some Scooter HPVs, hehe! ;)

@ all:

Once I've read an article written by a music scientist. He told that normally people listen to the same sort of music their whole lives, that they have listened to in their youth, let's say between the age of 16 and 20. I believe (and hope) that this true. Best example are my parents: They listened to the "Beatles" when they were younger. And guess what they now play, when they have guests etc: The Beatles....

Hehe..... so we will play Scooter for the guests when we are older, a nice thought. 8) But our party's will be more exciting because of the exciting Scooter music.

Sometimes when I see kids listening to Scooter,I cannot help myself from wonder "are they ever going to be serious fans? Fans like us, here in the forum who care deeply about them and going to their concerts...

Oh,and the most funny part about kids listening to Scooter,is sometimes they say "I was listening to Scooter when I was in 4th grade, and now I'm in 8th grade and I don't listen to Scooter-because Scooter is for kids".

Guys,by that point I am ROFLMAO. It's hilarious to hear this.

Some of them might become serious fans like us, but most of them will unfortunatley listen to Scooter for a short while and than follow the next trend or so, because kids mostly like what is the trend at the moment, so if people say that another group is cool, they will listen to the other one. Only the kids that don't botter about the trends might stay longterm fans.
But they won't be as passionate about Scooter as we do, because we know them for year's and year's now, and they only just discoverd them.

And Scooter isn't for kids, I'm 26 and still listening to it, and i'm not a kid
