Yes :( It's better that we don't think about it and just are happy with what Scooter gives us now

and lets not forget - that even if the unspeakable did happen and they did retire - we still have 100's of great tracks to enjoy, those great live performances, and a lot of great memories

sure they will go at any time, but maybe SCOOTER will be there always...i don't want it.

my idea is: a new singer, new other band members = new scooter, but HP and Rick (and maybe also Mike) try to help the new band :D

sorry, i do not know how to phrase it, but i think you know what i mean... ;)

Whenever a topic like this comes up,it always makes me think of Scorpions.

The Scorpions are in their 60s-the lead singer and one of the guitar players are 60 years old,the other is 50+,and the drummer and the bass guitar player are younger.

And even though they are in their 60s,they still rock the stage, they still touring a lot,the lead singer still sings live with his own voice and I wish to see their live concert again,I saw them live exactly 3 years ago.

So the Scorpions make me feel optimistic about Scooter going on and on, I hope they will go on and on,for 15 years more like H.P himself said.

No No No, it's the baddest thing in my opinion. No. Scooter is one and only. When they will end, the whole Scooter story will be ended. That's the right way. And the only way.

It would be great if Scooter would make just as long music as the Scorpions. I hope it will be the truth  :P

How long have Scorpions' career been? I believe they have been in the music for some decades?

Their first album came in 1972.

I refer to Scorpions, because they are not pathetic as Rolling Stones at the same age, sorry I just don't like the Stones...

Actually H.P has been to Scorpions' lead singer 60th birthday just recently,Scorpions held private concert for celebrities,I hope H.P saw what they are capable at 60.

Yeah man, I hope Scooter goes on until H.P. (the lead singer  ) gets 60 :D
If so, Scooter will stay for 18 more years :D

But I think that as long as the guys, especially H.P. and Rick, since they are the oldest, have health and creativity to continue, Scooter will stay fresh :D

There are a lot of "old" bands still going - what about the Rolling Stones, they are quite elderly now and make Scooter look very young! Plenty of years in them yet! :P

i hope they retire, cause they ruin the quality of their discography with every album since TUAO.

I don't even want to think about retirement  They can go on for another 15 years, then some guys will form a band called Bicycle.

You can't have a hardcore dance/techno band in their 60's!

Hopefully a few more years yet, but man they have relased so many albums/singles they will be remembered forever and you'll always have something to listen to.

Wont be for a good few years yet though, they're having some huge success at the moment.

Why not ??? They could beat the record as oldest hardcore dance/techno band in the world.

Because you would have to wheel em in on their wheelchairs and instead of a pimp stick HP would have walking stick. :P

People in their 60's are most of the time very energetic, so I think a wheelchair won't be nescesarry.

ROFL!

And yes, as said, most people in their 60s are in quite good condition, so I doubt we'll see the guys in wheelchairs on stage. And also, as Scooterworld said, there's no reason they couldn't beat the record (they must be getting close already :D). I think it'd be pretty cool. :D

And yeah, agree with Scar, when it's the end then it's the end, and no Scooter with another singer or anything. That'd be my worst nightmare...

But now, let's just wait for the new bangin' record and single, whenver they're due. :D
 This is a signature.
