Yesterday was a great game

Germany won :) Portugal out-----great!

Tonight Kroatia-Turkey!

I don't have a favorite in this one, I hope to see a great game wich is nice to watch, though I have a slight prefer for Kroatia, we will see tonight.

"I have a slight prefer for Kroatia"...Is that good english? :?

I hope the final will be Holland-Germany  that would be awesome!
But first we have to win tomorrow against Russia, and than the semi-final against....?

Fannie, perfect English would have been "I have a slight preference for Croatia." Very close though. 8)

Holland would play Spain or Italy in the semi final. :D

GO TURKEY :D

(Croatia just failed their first penalty kick)

EDIT:
Croatia just failed for the third time, so Turkey won. Congratulations to Turkey :P living in a neighbourhood with many turkish residents, they drive around in the 'hood now honking the horns in their cars. That's kinda party!

Yesterday our Turkish brothers and sisters here in Germany celebrated the success all night long. They drove around in their cars while listening to Turkish music there were many Turkish families with their babies, grandfathers, grandmothers in the streets! This was kinda impressive.
I'm looking forward to Wednesday when we are playing against them. I hope everything will stay peaceful and friendly.

You have like 8 million Turks in your country, it must've been a blast for all of you normal people out there, I can imagine...
Germany vs Turkey will be a bloody game. If the deutsch looses, than it will be quiet a shame for you, the turkish foreigners there will be laughing at your faces for a long time
Slipping sideways, silver stars collide
And fade away just like our love that died
And there is nowhere in this universe to hide
From you tonight...

You're welcome my dear. 8)

I love the Dutch, I really do. So colourful, so passionate. They're a credit to this tournament, I hope they beat the Russians tonight, especially considering what they did to my lot...... :|

Not bitter though, good side are the Russians. Such a shame Turkey got lucky against Croatia, the best side lost there sadly. :( But nevermind, come on Germany! :D Sort them out. 8)

RUSSIA, COME OOOON!!! [/b]
Riding with me is my friend R.J.Jordan,
Knowing the rules aint part of his program,
Finding the right tune that fits the track,
Might be pretty hard cuz he's f_cked on crack!

Start the match and find the station
Reach what you can and party the nation,
A? Hey! Whatcha gonna say?
I automate the sequence and speed for my getaway
Take it to the edge, there's nowhere to hide,
And call up the crew; let's go for a joyride!

Let's go for a joyride!

Well, the best team won. Russia have walked past Holland, amazingly. How on earth did that happen?! How did Russia beat Holland with ease? :o How?! Russia are a rather decent side from the evidence of tonight. 8)

Andrei Arshavin is a brilliant footballer, I told everyone I work with how good he is before the tournament. And now, he's proving me correct. 8)
