Thatīs the good thing about smileys.
Bad if youīre too tired to even remember your own name and thus forget to put the smiley.
Anyway how long has the other forum been down now? Will it come back? I got curious about it now.
But one thing is clear: this forum will stay my home forum. ;)

The best part about the SPF, at least for us non-Germans, is that it's 100% in English. No stupid Germans who start talking German in the middle of and English topic.

Agree but I saw that with other languages as well. Some topics started being in Finnish or Polish or another language.

That's mainly because German people started it. So people who didn't understand it got upset and started to post in their own language.

What did you mean with that? I think the official is quite nice to be in.

Liss SPF is a lot more personal then Official. Most of us there are friends, although some of us fight a lot. :P :D Official is official and SPF is SPF, they are very different and I would not want SPF to be like Offical either.

If you read the stuff that WTD wrote on the previous page, he sort of explains it. I suppose we are different sorts of people, that's all. :D

Demoncherry, LOL, you are paranoid. :P :D

I'm a member of both forums and, tbh, i prefer this one. The SPFs are good (and it'll be great when they return) but i totally disagree with WTD about the whole 'spirit thing'. I think this forum has a much better atmosphere. Some members in the SPFs were/are so uncompromising and often it appeared to me that many members were simply looking for an argument. Don't get me wrong, i like the the SPFs but i honestly prefer this place, evidenced in the fact that i make a lot more posts here.

Let's put it this way, if SPF is anything how the dutch turned out to be, I'll prefer not personal over personal. I found it fun the first week or so, but when people started making jokes about spanking I just left because I'm in a forum to chat about my fave band and not going around and net-spanking people. Of course I'm up for some fun too now and then, but not when it takes over completely.

In the past SPF was something special.
It have exist very long, sometimes no official forum have exist and at other times the official forum was not so nice like it is today.

Many Scooterhater was here and some from them was spamming on the whole forum.
The forum have had not so many sections, all was in one section and it could happen that there was many whole pages :!: only full of shit from Scooterhater or idiots, it was getting so worst that they must close the official forum for very long time.

So to have had SPF was great, we all have known us a very long time.

Maybe you can understand it a bit better now.
In the past SPF have had a very special feeling for most of us.
There was fans which would not register in the official forum because of this was have happened here in the past.
In the moment it is very nice here, but believe me it was very different in the past.
We all have only good memory on SPF, ok maybe it is different now.
It was down for a long time and it is not easy to get the same atmophere back.
I would only explain why so many from us are so crazy after this forum.

You ain't stoppin' us now

LOL, Liss that was just a joke. SPF was never really like that. Occasionally people would muck around, but not very often. And I suppose that you have probably just pointed out one of the major differences. After a long time people were no longer there because they needed to chat about their favourite group, they were there for each other.

And everything that Britt says is very true and she knows because she was one of the longest members.
