Michael is a great man, the time will show us, what will be after his 4 years..
But one thing is clear:
Scooter is gonna rock the place, now and forever!
Like a nuclear attack  :D

And I don't want Jay back.... Now he makes really SHIT house music  I'm very disappointed about him.

Well, Jay told me some months ago, that he produces that kind of music because this is what usually is played in "his" club... Solo projects have nothing to do with the work in Scooter times. Best example is Ferris

oi oi reading some of the posts

firstly i think micheal is 1 of the best dj's around
secondly he has brung scooter bk to the UK with his ideas of a jumpstyle scooter
thirdly scooter are bigger than ever

y is that its because micheal has came in and made scooter as bigger than ever before. so whoever says get micheal out is no propar scooter fan. keep micheal in the band and keep scooter going with the jumpstyle and add a wee bit more trance tunez lyk weeekend or nessaji

scooter will stay alive for the next 15 years 8)

I HOPE!!! :D

Micheal is great and Chapter 4 Scooter is great to me - we can't really compare yet - Michael has only been with the band 2 years, and certainly with Michael Scooter have been big in the UK - and I think the next single will be huge here 8) :D

In truth I love all of Scooter's music, from Chapter 1 to Chapter 4, and really never want to compare - but I have a feeling Chapter 4 is far from over - also I have seen Micheal live with Scooter a few times now - and he is fucking good - don't know how anyone can say he isn't right for Scooter :? , but in no way do I want to dis the previous 3rd members - Scooter is great - always has been - always will be :D 8)

it's not like mike even has that much of a say according to you lot so why should you worry?

if he has to sit back and say yes to everything HP and Rick says why should you want to out him?

mike's a great guy, when i saw him in birmingham i saw how much of a laugh he was and how much he enjoyed being in the band, he's had a great influence on the band and they've had so much success.

thank you for the person who gave us all those stats but jay was there longer. besides, they didn't have a UK #1 with jay in the band

It's always hard to decide what's the best 3rd member, I personally have no problem with any 3rd that has been in Scooter, it were all nice guys that were capable of making good music. Unfortunatelly their solo careers don't go very well, if you look at sales and so. In every chapter the music was slightly different.
But with Michael I saw Scooter for the first time live, so he will always be special to me because of that. And indeed he looks like he has much fun on stage and now also he talks much in interviews and so on, what couldn't be said in the beginning when he joined Scooter
H.P.'s "The Voice" - "The Myth" > He stands out all above the rest, blonder than the best! :D

well all chapters have there own influences

for me its like this

1st the hardcore generation turned serios towards its end
tracks like no fate and move your ass, im raving and fire
will always be remembered

2nd the hard trance and dance generation
tracks like ramp, how much is the fish and faster harder scooter
will always be remembered

3rd the trance and techno generation
tunes like nessaja, weekend and one and maria
will always be remembered

4th so far the jump generation
tracks like the question and jumping all over the world and jump that rock will always be remembered

so far mike has done well with the band, scooter has had huge success

like this
features from fat man scoop, bloodhound gang and status quo
new style jumpstyle
number 1 in uk
most popular tour
succesful album
and uk status again

so all in all its going well

i don't think it will be tradition that the third member leaves after 4 years but when the ideas dry up. mike has had years of experience and had some good releases of his own, he seems pretty creative and i'm perfectly happy for him to stay. it's not like we have a say in it anyway
