I might get custom plates some day :D

I don't really see the point, unless it's a sportscar, or a rare car, or a tuningcar. At least I'm not paying that much to have something like NEK-84 and put it on my BMW. But it all depends on the person. Someone pays 1000€ for a plate, someone 1000€ for rims or a bodykit.

Yes thats one is nice! I like the colour! :D

But this one is just a little bit more extreme! This one is awesome! :D
Just look at the paint, the rims, the engine, the interior. It´s just perfect sportsmachine! :D

Are Volvo's really popular in Europe? I'm confused, there is quite a lot of talk about them on this forum but in the UK it's kind-of a lame car to have.

Well, I don´t know why but perhaps people just have good taste here. Both music and cars

Here in sweden volvos are very usuall as you might know but a lot of people that I know doesn´t like them. I am a freak about volvo, just as I am a scooter freak. Here the most of the people like german cars as audi and volkswagen. Those are not bad cars, but I don´t like em so much. sure I would like to drive a RS6 or a R8 but I would rather drive a volvo V70R AWD. Especially the flashgreen one, with the special orange R-interior. That is just sooo nice! :D

I don't really care for Volvos. Some of the new models are quite nice, but I still rather drive my BMW :D RWD all the way! Haven't tried any AWD cars though.

I can feel alot of Volvo loving is going on here!

I think the UK is the most expensive place for private plates (as it is for generally everything else too  ). Saying that though, don't think i'd ever sell mine regardless of them costing an arm & leg!

Which BMW?

I think FWD is just as good as RWD. And since there has not been an RWD Volvo since 1998... :P

Why would Volvo be lame? For example S 80 is big and luxurious sedan, nothing lame about that 8)

I'll take a DB9 please.....all 450bhp of it !8)

Car likes/dislikes vary alot country to country.....from this thread this is obvious that the Volvo has more appeal across the sea than here in the UK. Especially with the such large variety of car marques & models available to us here.

Volvos here are either the old & dated versions or kinda opposite end of the scale been quite costly due to spec & aimed at the older generation of the car market (totally unlike the car myself & i'm guessing Nic would go out & spend our £££s on!!)

They're just not my cup of tea. I love small cars, for example, Vauxhall Corsa, Renault Clio, Mini Cooper etc. I guess it's just what's popular at the time.?
