The Definition- Not a Fan of the Into 4/10

Jumping All Over The World- Starts off Hard and Rough. Great Lyrics and Cool Refrain. The HPV repeats too much though. Otherwise great tune. 7.8/10
The Question Is What Is The Question- OK song. Not the best from scooter. 7/10
Enola Gay- I like this one alot. Great Trance Pads, and cool melodies. The melody at the end is a nice change, very cool IMO 8/10

Neverending Story- Dont like the start melody, but I like the HPV alot. After the HPV is cool, and the C part is really cool, different trance melody. Overall pretty good song 7.5/10

And No Matches- Better than the Question. I like this tune. 7.8/10

Cambodia- Hard, Rough, Great melodies. I really like this one 8.5/10

I'm Lonely- Surprisingly my favorite song on here. Cool verses with neat melody. The HPV is actually great, it turns into this neo-80s sounding power ballad. Cool melodies as well. 9/10

Whistling Dave- I like this one, but the melody is a little too similar to the rest on the album 7/10
Marian- OK. Not my favorite from scooter. 7/10

Lighten Up The Sky- Great track, Great Break, COOL main part. Its like something Mac Zimms would do if he did Hardstyle. 9/10

The Hardcore Massive- Cool Song. Really LIke the Melody 8/10

The Greatest Difficulty- Not needed. 5/10

Overall, much better than TUAO, WGTLLN. I like this album Alot and is scooters best Album since TSTE. MTG was a good collection of songs, but not really an album.

Overall 8/10 8)

Well

The Definition : 6/10. Nothing special
Jumping all Over the World : 6/10. HP's lyrics are the only thing that saves this track
TQIWTQ : 6/10. The chart success makes me look twice at it. But not a very good song.
Enola Gay : 6/10. There are some good parts. But generally sounds gay
Neverending Story : 7.5/10. First decent track on the album. At least the HPVs fit the song quite good. Even though I would have prefered it with some crowd shouts.
And No Matches : 6.5/10. Slightly better than TQIWTQ
Cambodia 8/10. Quite like this one. Kim Wilde's theme generally fits well on electronic beats.
I'm Lonely : 7/10. Too many "slow" parts. But it's ok.
Whistling Dave : 7/10. The theme is nice. But being from Tetris makes it somewhat cheesy. But in the end not a bad track.
Marian : 6.5/10. Not really my type. If it were original though I would have given it an 7.5.
Lighten Up The Sky : 9/10. Excellent tune. Freakin awesome. One of the best instrumentals in Scooter history for me. 10 out of 10 if it's original (please tell me it is at least 90% original :? )
The Hardcore Massive : 8.5/10. Close to the one above. But not quite as good. Still very much above average  .
The Greatest Difficulty : 6/10. Like the intro. Nothing special

So...overall a 7/10 from me. decent

I'm a bit disappointed, too much Jumpstyle, all tracks are nearly resumed with samples given, no big variations after...
And the main problem is for me that I don't really recognize Scooter sound & touch ! :(
Songs like Cambodia, Enola Gay, Whistling Dave... are quite good songs but if you tell me that it comes from another jumpstyle band, I'd never imagine it's from Scooter...
But I dislike none of the songs, all songs are not bad but could have been a lot better...

i agree as well :?

"The Definition" - Here you can see that Scooter is very lazy. They have only take a classical tune and put a bad "Text-to-Speech" Vocal over it! Really bad!

"Jumping all over the World" - Good beginning. Chorus is also good, but a bit too long. Melody after it is a nice ripp off.

"The Question is what is the Question?" - Does still not give me not a kick!

"Enola Gay" - I like the "Hardstyle Baby" Sample, also the Melody is nice, but for me it doesn't fit into the Jumpstyle Concept. The C-Part is dumb. Why has H.P. don't sing a bit from the original? Pfff... also the End is really bad. Why putting the sample over the melody? Destroy everything...

"Neverending Story" - It's not bad made, but this Chorus. This one fucks me really up.

"And no Matches" - Club Mix is good. Point!

"Cambodia" - Oh no! I can't really understand the guys! Why do they made a cover of that song, which was already made as a Jumpstyle Track? Man man man, it's not funny anymore! The Track itself is so baaaaaddddd...

"I'm Lonely" - h'mmm - it's not bad, but I prefer more the Felix Project Version. Is for me a lot better...

"Whistling Dave" - Can I say something? I was almost sleeping during the track. It's so boring....

"Marian (Version)" - Finally a normal track, the concept is not bad, but I don't like H.P.'s Voice. It sounds like, that H.P. was drinking before the record many many vodka...

"Lighten up the Sky" - A Hardstyle Track. It's not bad, but it sounds more like a try of the guys. Melody is not bad, but ripped.

"The Hardcore Massive" - The main melody and bass doesn't fit. It sounds really amateur (ok, I'm not better).

"The Greatest Difficulty" - Only a space-filler...

Overall: I'm not a fan of this album. When I was listening this one, I was really disappointed. Where is the rough power from chapter 1 & 2??? Chapter 3 was at the end giving already a sign, that Scooter is going down with good productions... really sad! :(

The "new" fans like Sandra or scooterusa will like it, but really "old" fans like me or Kultkeks will cry... :?

The Definition - Nothing special, it's funny though. 5/10

Jumping All Over The World - Rough and tough H.P., once again I like his shouts, it sounds fresh. The HPV ain't that bad, maybe a bit too much of it which time can be used for more of that great melody. 9/10

The Question Is What Is The Question - Nothing new here, bad. 4/10

Enola Gay - Hm, sounds childish again but somehow it seems to be better. 6/10

Neverending Story - Hard H.P. again combined with some nice melody, but then again we have this gay HPV which ruins the whole feeling. 5/10

And No Matches - Great verses badly destroyed again by this kindergarden HPV. 6/10

Cambodia - Seemingly they copied the idea again from Vorwerk, but still it sounds cool even if this melody is overused. 7/10

I'm Lonely - Midcore H.P. parts, but damn this HPV. 4/10

Whistling Dave - Haha, this gotta be a joke. 1/10

Marian - Sounds strange, though I think it's as minimalistic as LUT. The german part is cool. 6/10

Lighten Up The Sky - Voala, my expectations were real. This is one heck of a Hardstyle track, wicked. 10/10

The Hardcore Massive - Not really Hardcore, not at all. Nonetheless it deserves attention, middle quality track or so. 6/10

The Greatest Difficulty - Kinda funny, it gets my vote. 8/10

Overall : 6.5/10 - In my opinion a weak album, which possesses some great moments, too bad they are so few...

And fade away just like our love that died
And there is nowhere in this universe to hide
From you tonight...

intro
boring and corny.

jumping allover the world

amazing HP Vocals. a beat that could sound good only played live. the chorus is really annoying, cause it makes you expect the "real" part, where all the elements of a beat are represented, but this part never came... And That CLAP? WTF... the two melodies in the track are simple and boring.

3.5/10

the ?

very annoying (personal oppinion) to me chorus. i imagine an old woman in a retro furnitured room. bad lyrics, bad sound production. i like the chorus mellody - the one that plays along with the vocal, not the one after that. other mellodies are either rubbish or childish. c-part is lazy just like the one in One (Album Mix) but worse.

2.5/10

enola gay

and that annoying hardstyle beat again... i love hard music, but this is just plain dull.
the clap. the verse mellody vexes me. the chorus mellody is cool, i like it :) im starting to get a headache, listening to this album. the "cute" hpv is nice and the pads that play with it are nice too. could be a good track if they remove that awful beat. i love the c-part!

5/10

neverending story

whats up with the retro sounding leads in this one? typical 4th chapter beat that just bangs with no speed and flow... I really like the HPV - its so tender :) THE CLAP!!!! cheesy c-part. very old sounds used in this one

5.5/10

and no matches

very good sound. well mixed, the chorus vocal makes me happy :) i love the verse mellody, im not down with the after-chorus one. good lyrics, good c-part. amazing chick on the video :D

6.5/10

cambodia

very boring music, the beat is awful. the chorus mellody is nice with a nice instrument. too bad the beat will start again and fuck it up

3/10

im lonely

good verse. i like hp's pronounciation. the chorus doesnt fit in the track at all. its good by itself. main mellody is nothing special. hmmm... scooter didnt have the time for a c-part here... too long choruses.

4.5/10

whistling dave

chaotic starting mellody. NUMB dumbly banging beat. a ripoff of the russian track kalinka. they should have used the original mellody cayse now i expect some notes and i get another ones instead. i like the chorus part and the instruments they used. too much bad instrumentals in this album. HP hasnt got a strong voice anymore. its obvious. no loud and clear single shouts like before... only bad rapping and talking. no c-part here too.

4.5/10

marian

boring music. CTN type vocals.. almost fake, btw :D hp will never be able to sing it live. really boring track.

3.5/10

lighten up the sky

could be produced in 60 minutes. there are thousand tracks like this one. why did they produce this? the mellody is nice.. good job, dave 202 :D

4/10

the hardcore massive

this is lighten up the sky's little and uglier brother. i hate the main lead during the verse. the mellody that starts in the middle is interesting. i imagine vampires dancing in a castle :D no c-part here

3.5/10

the greatest difficulty

even worse than the intro.

overall - bad sound, badly picked instruments, bad arrangements, absolutely no flow and speed in all the tracks. really bad numb beats. too many bad instrumentals in a style that has more than enough of them. no loud and clear shouts. scooter ripped bad tracks. album is even worse than TUAO.

hmmm... best rate is 6.5. there are scooter albums i have rated the worst track in with rate between 7 and 8, and this one's best is below that.

THAT CLAP....

I will write the review on saturday when I get the album, but I see the opinions differ very much. My favorite album is 'The Ultimate Aural Orgasm', I think the new one will be good, but not as good as TUAO
I expect an album with hard loud beats according to the samples :D I'm also very interested in Marian, because I like those 'dark' songs.
H.P.'s "The Voice" - "The Myth" > He stands out all above the rest, blonder than the best! :D

I'm not reviewing intros and outros.

Jumping All Over The World - 6/10
Horribly boring song. Lyrics show no progression. The same lines are repeated throughout the entire song. It feels like the first half of the song is just looped to complete it. Far too unimaginative for even Scooter.

The Question Is What Is The Question - 7/10
I never thought I'd say this but this is probably one of the better songs on the album. Lyrics are typical Scooter type but the verses are deep and put together well. However, the chorus is annoying as hell and therefore kills it for me.

Enola Gay - 4/10
By now, I'm already annoyed by the same horrible jumpstyle clap and kick. I listen to the first 45 seconds and I've already heard the entire 4:00 track. The track is predictable and not well done. The melody just isn't catchy and even when this song was on the tracklist, I wondered, "Why cover this song?". Obviously, my first reactions were justified.

And No Matches - 7/10
Normally, compared with other Scooter songs, this would be crap but when in this album, it sounds like it could win a Grammy. Finally some damn variation in a song. HPV once again makes the song almost embarrassing to listen to. This album is getting very old, very fast.

Neverending Story - 9/10
Easily my favorite from the album. Third single, obviously. The lyrics are pretty good and the verses are powerful. HPV is better in this one but without it, this track would have been amazing. Childish melody but the best on the album. This is probably the only song from the album I would ever play in my car with the windows down. But I'd drive fast so no one knew it was me.

Cambodia - 1/10
For fucks sake. That's all I thought when I A) saw this song on the tracklist and B) heard the song. This song has been covered so many countless times, it's dry as sand. Absolutely nothing special here at all. A cover in every sense of the word.

I'm Lonely - 3/10
This song feels so empty. The verses seem so bland and the chorus, don't even get me started. What a joke. Are you even trying? The chorus is so sappy and so out of place, but OH WAIT, THERE'S THE CLAP AGAIN. OH SHIT, IT'S GOING DOWN. Yea, going down almost as fast as this album's rating.

Whistling Dave - 2/10
The beginning of this song is strange and my ears are almost bleeding from the same clap I've heard for the last 30min. Did Rick buy a Super NES? I feel like I'm playing a cheesy ass video game. The melody is absolutely horrible and this song will be never be played again.

Marian (Version) - 6/10
HOLY SHIT. IS THAT A NORMAL BASSLINE I HEAR!? Sadly, after hearing samples, I figured the song would go nowhere as far as progression and my prediction was right. I love the chorus with the echo effect, making HP's voice so much deeper. Very Rammstein-ish. I feel like they could have do so much more with this song than what they did. Horrible waste.

Lighten Up The Sky - 3/10
So it has a good melody? WOOHOO, that doesn't make it epic. The rest of the song ruins it. Hardstyle should be left to professionals. Scooter's amateur attempt at hardstyle is unimpressive. The melody is good, I'll give you that but the rest of the song ruins it so therefore it does nothing.

The Hardcore Massive - 3/10
What melody is this? Did someone plug in that NES again? Childish, video game sound that Scooter obviously can't get enough of. The rest of the song is actually decent but that melody is so random, I can't listen to this.

All in all, a horrible album. The few "decent" songs can't save this album. This will end up unplayed and untouched in iTunes and I probably won't be thinking about Scooter for a while. Sadly, this is the first album I feel was rushed out to capitalize on a fad, although you people have said it for years.
