Now it is confirmed: The new Scooter single will be released on November 23rd and will be called "And No Matches". What you can expect from the new single will be shown here within the next weeks.
More information regarding the new album, which will be released in November as well, will be announced here next Monday!

I would understand "matches" as "opposition". So "no matches" as there's no one out the who could compete with up, who out there got the skills to test me etc. If you know what I mean...

The first thing that came to mind when I read this was 'no matches' as in when you're doing a search 'and your search returned no matches'.
