The whistling sounds more of a Whistle synth than someone actually whistling it.

And do me, it says it backwards with no difference.

But because of the voice being pitched up a bit and the effects on the vox it is hard to hear it properly with the S sound.
I've pretty much confirmed it to myself that it is Jump Is Fishing after a little play on the vocal on FL6 ;)

They also ripped a melody from Freefall, it's after the jumpers fishing part.
