Everyone who's abusing kids, should get a VERY hard punisment - especially those who rapes small innocent kids who cannot do anything to defent themselves

That depends I think. I think you should be allowed to discipline your own children but to a certain extent. As a young teenager, my Dad would take off his belt and fold it in half and smack my ass with it as punishment. I would not do this to my own kids although I don't think it should be illegal. Punching and kicking on the other hand is not on.

Conscious violence and cruelty is and should always be forbidden. But a small smack on the ass for being rude or not listening is not bad.

That's a little old-fashioned. I can only see that form of castigation humiliating you more than its supposed intention to teach you a lesson. It's quite common now for children to retaliate in the most threatening of ways to their parent's act of aggression-- even if it is for the childs own good. Can you imagine how ineffective corporal punishment would be today? Times have certainly changed.
