They said it often that they use logic and all the equipment were shown in a special magazine named "Keys"...where is the interview with Rick and Jay, too.

Yes.. in the Studio Tour Video the ysay that they use Logic Audio. And a trained Eye knows every Instrument they show in the Video.

I dont think the Neuron creats Sounds that are usefull for Scooter
