Best way to trigger vocal samples, etc ...

Hey guys/girls,

I was wondering if/when you decide to use a vocal sample in one of your mixes, how do trigger it? Change the pitch? All the fancy stuff, etc etc.

What plugins do you use to do this?

ReCycle? HALion? A reason sampler?
