Melody is good!

But One is already a Rip-off without this melody. I think it's not so nice to rip another melody just for Single edit.

A Rip-off that contains Rip-offs...

I hope Scooter will stop this one day. But I believe there's no room for hope. :?
They do it again and again :(

Rebel Yell is a cover or Eyes without a face! Or Stripped! But not One! They ripped the chorus and melody of Always Hardcore . When you make a cover version you don't adapt own lyrics...

Yes! Thats what aii also think! A Cover is for me if you copy a complete song (Rebell Yell)! And a Ripp Off is for me s.th. like Shake That if you take a part of an old song and do new lyrics in it!

youre wirght about the cover, but not about the ripp off.
what you call a ripp of, i call a sample. There is for me a big difference.
You may youse a very small part of a song as a sampel without paying for it or mention the artists name. so in that case it's no cover. It can also with a bigger sampel if they mention the artist name en pay for it, also in that case, it's a sample, no rip off.
It's only a ripp off if they steal big parts, without mentioning the artist or paying for it. In that vision roll baby roll was a rip off :!:

Nobody said that they used a sample from original. But reproduction of a stolen melody and chorus by themselves is for me anyway a ripp-off. A ripp-off of original artist ideas.

A sample is for me when you copy a part of original song and paste that part in your own song without any changing.

But Scooter reproduce the parts by themselves and don't use a sample from original song. So you can't say it's a sample...

It's a rip off of original artist ideas with following reproducing of stolen ideas by themselves.

And they usually change one or two notes to make it technically different. (although sometimes they change a bit more, like Take a Break)
We started in 1994....in 2012 we're still on the case!!!
