F*ck yeah, feeling totally hyper now!! 8o :thumbsup: This is just the kind of news I needed to cheer me up from some big problems... Yes! :thumbup: I really like this "we try harder..." bit, I think it promises great things to come, as is the fact they're loving the new stuff, plenty of ideas around... I wonder what it is they're trying to translate into real music from their minds? Could be some all new style. I hope there'll be a single in autumn or before that.

hhhmmm i dunno what to think about the synthS but provided that theyRe not FAKE (i mean like they just randomized the knobs n stuff)
the 1.st synth appears to contain some percussive and very short synth -> could be something for the background
the 2nd (in the middle): most probably a pad (long releaseTime!) -> theyR workin on somethin trancy ?!
3rd. another rather short synth, is something stabby. i can hear a typical electroBassline or a (trance)pluck.
ive been working with the same synth for at least 1 year already,
but its just speculation ;)

as for the arrangement: im not to familar with ableton so i dunno how to interpretate the screen. its something progressive obviously, the arrangement could be similar to "rattys revenge" .

btw: anyone noticed the "achref smidi" tag below the pic?

Awesome, thanks man. :D Was hoping someone might try to guess a bit about what's going on on the screens. I think it's all genuine, I see no reason they'd just randomize stuff to take a picture. :P It'd be pretty meaningless. Not to mention that we've had hundreds of genuine studio shots and videos in the past.

And that name tag is just some random guy tagging himself in the picture as some people seem to do in Facebook wherever the feature isn't disabled.

They made an experimental album, which many fans, myself included, have wanted. But some of the styles they tried out didn't work.
Like dubstep, David Doesn't Eat didn't go well with the majority of fans, as it would seem.

But this album also saw way too little promo, it might have done better if they pushed out alot more promo.
But who knows.

Well it's about that diner/ pub where he is right there.
He says as much as that there are specific meeting locations on the island. Lunch at Gosh evenings/ nights at the Sansibar. You have these hot spots where you always meet other people and that is the beauty one arrives and you know what you can expect. Today this nice weather, nothing else goes.
