Michael Simon's making solo music again

Michael is solo DJ-ing besides Scooter, but the last years hadn't an own solo single, well, now he has as it looks ;)
Here is his new single, announced on his page on FB today. It's called "Beatin'of the beat", you can hear it here:
http://soundcloud.com/superlovemusic/mic…on-beatinof-the
One can clearly hear that the electro mixes of TSAMH and TS were mainly his work, the sound is rather similar.
H.P.'s "The Voice" - "The Myth" > He stands out all above the rest, blonder than the best! :D

agree with TSAMH, and TS, he did those mixes then, although it was pretty clear

These lines at SoundCloud makes me curious: "Michael Simon is back after years of abstinence focussing on other Artists. The first release on Superlovemusic shows directly the direction of the music."

Interesting. However, this track is boring to my ears.

It's OK, not something I'd rush out and buy but something you could put up with in a club or compilation CD. It's too samey and could be made by any kid in their bedroom, nothing inspired there. Just glad he's releasing this as himself and not forcing this kind of tat on Scooter. I imagine he's just doing some of his own stuff while they take a break and H.P. does X-Factor. However if he is on his way out, which if he was responsible for the bulk of TBMU he should be, then it's a long way down judging by this.
Whenever people agree with me I always feel I must be wrong.

Love how straight away it's "aaargh he's leaving Scooter"... Maybe he just wants to release some of his own material and work on something different?

Anyway i don't think the tracks anything special but it's not my taste

Totally not my cup of tea... Actually, it's the whole opposite to all that I like in electronic music :) But this music is very demanded nowadays, so... it's good for someone :-D But not for me, the old raver :-D

maybe that style is demanded in some very "special" clubs.
but then, just keep an eye on the beatport.com-charts ;) i think it represents the music taste of the masses pretty well.

Interesting... No idea what the text means, it could mean his Scooter time is over, or it could mean he's just doing some solo stuff for fun. By the way, did you guys notice Superlovemusic is Mike's own label? It says it was already started in 2011, but I didn't know until now.

Anyway, this is not my style, but I still like the track ok. Probably I'll listen to it a couple of times more.
 This is a signature.

If you feel its boring just start the SoundCloud file together with DJ BoBo´s Somebody Dance with me on Youtube :D

It's a nice track. :) Don't think we should read too much into what that says about his involvement in Scooter, nothing wrong with him putting out the odd tune every now and again. :)

the only reason to listen to this tune 1 more time would be the fact that its from michael.
even if the heavy beat may sound pretty awesome in a club ,
its just too fkin boring
