Hysteria made on drugs???

Do you think Rick or Ferris was on Ecstasy when they did make Hysteria from Our Happy Hardcore?
they sound is very strange like on DRUGS and the voice in the track is screaming Ecstasy!!!!
I know that Rick did smoke dope this time!!! :D

This track is mostly a cover. Scooter speeded up it a bit and made some effects. I don't promise but I will try to find the original version and give a link.
