It's possible, Skrillex is the most famous/known dubstep artist, it wouldn't be strange if Scooter looked at his stuff when they searched for influences for their own dubstep.

The problem with this story is that even though dubstep works good in the US, it doesn't mean it works as well in Europe.
Neither does it mean it's a style that fits Scooter.

But trying and failing is what makes experience.

well it seems everyone from pixie lott to flo rida is doing it now, so it is coming up in the trends now,

also i have to agree hear that DDE was perfectly done for me, not to rough, and not to soft, just right
