Fully agree. Some tracks have "it" but more and more they don't -- there's a feeling of incompleteness nowadays in a bit too many tracks. For me Maria and Jigga Jigga perfectly comprise "how it's supposed to be" (and no wonder they are fan favourites) -- the all-around great production/sound, energy, lyrics that flow perfectly with the track...

The only fourth chapter singles that had that "complete" character were most of the jumpstyle-singles and "Ti Sento". Has the typical Scooter-talent to make a song as good as possible been shrinking in the fourth chapter?

By the way: When talking of a "complete character" I don't mean that the song has to be according to my personal taste. But it should be a "round" production in which every element fits to the other and that could nearly not be made better.
An example:
Personally I don't like "Shake that!" because I don't like such slow and non-anthemic disco tracks. But nevertheless I have to admit that the track is a very good production because each single effect fits into the song perfectly, the chorus is made for a disco track, the beats fit to HP's shouts and the verses fit to the disco chorus. The track has its flow.
I like "The only one" better than "Shake that!" because it has more power (harder bass, drums in the background, HP's doubled voice...), but the house chorus doesn't really fit to the verses and the "One-Always Hardcore"-like second chorus part. So with regard to arrangement/production/song-building aspects I have to say that "TOO" is worse than "ST!"

also agree with Mr hyper, the 4th chapter has yet to find its super hit, for me Ti sento is properly the best made single so far, but it is far from being the best of scooter, as is many 4th chapter hits,

regarding shake that, i'm not a fan, but it has to be said, it was a bomb of a production, and the b side was phenomenal.

Maria was okay at the beginning. Now it's only annoying because I associate it with all the idiots which only know this song and shout it on every concert. There are more tunes than only Maria! :cursing:

Oh yeah, it indeed is becomming very annoying, and therefor the track also lost part of its magic for me. I fear that if Scooter one day would not include Maria in the tracklist, a riot might start in the crowd. Because it seems many people are only there for that track :S

I like everything about the track Maria, except for the crowd's singing. In fact this song deserves more attention for its crazy lyrics, bassline and effects. It's more than just "dub-dub-dub".
Riding with me is my friend R.J.Jordan,
Knowing the rules aint part of his program,
Finding the right tune that fits the track,
Might be pretty hard cuz he's f_cked on crack!

Start the match and find the station
Reach what you can and party the nation,
A? Hey! Whatcha gonna say?
I automate the sequence and speed for my getaway
Take it to the edge, there's nowhere to hide,
And call up the crew; let's go for a joyride!

Let's go for a joyride!

Indeed -- I like it particularly because of its great "crazy lyrics, bassline and effects". This song has immense drive, especially live, and the crowd really goes crazy with it. I also think it has one of the best rhymes/lyrics (in Scooter songs).

The C-part of UWW pt. 3 reminds me of pt. 1 and 2, but the rest is more different. But true, it's not hard to make a chillout instrumental and call it UWW pt. 4 :P

I wouldn't say UWW pt. 1 - 2 are Rhapsody in E - BITUK, as in being the same songs, but they contain major parts of said songs.

I too don't hear any similarity with pt. 3 and any other Scooter song, but I think they just named it UWW pt. 3 without any particular thought or reason.

Best song from 4th chapter is Where the beats... It's not a single release but it has everything I want to hear from Scooter. HPV chorus (not too annoying) blablabla-nonsence HP lyrics (fits well) and nice bouncy melody and lots and lots of energy.
