There's some dirt cheap hotels around King's Cross, not best luxury by any means but perfectly ok to sleep for a few hours before heading back :)

When I go to London I usually stay at Heathrow or Wembley, mainly Heathrow. I pay £7.50 a day for tube tickets for all zones needed (I haven't been since last year so that may have gone up and i dont have an oyster card) and that gives me unlimited travel from Hounslow and back, also HMV Forum is well within the zones 1 - 6... I do that really because it's more just what I'm used to, this time around i might try find a hotel in central london, i once stayed at 'Park Inn' just next to Hyde Park and that was nice and very cheap... If you look around you'll find some cheaper hotels if you book early

I've got a feeling Scooter haven't announced this just yet as I guess they're probably monitoring how the tickets are selling (although without the promotion i don't think it will sell)

kinda agree, but it makes more sense to advertise the show for sales,

i have also known shows to be selling and not be advertised on scooters sites for a while, i hope its going well

any news on the sales, for those who have a ticket via email, it says what number your ticket is, mine was 73, so i hope we are in the 100's now,

my friend is buying his when he gets paid, i'll find out what number his is.

For those asking about accomodation etc, I've got to go down to London in a couple of weeks and I booked a short notice hotel last night through booking.com (thanks UK Dave) and I'm staying at the Ramada next to Hyde Park for £45 for the night, I'm going to ask about staying there also for the night of the gig.

Skutash - no problem! :) Sandra - the 123 ticket was by email. I reckon considering it hasn't really been advertised yet and has a capacity of around 2,000, that's a pretty good start!

its not looking so bad right now, once the promo kicks in around the time of the show, we should see a massive increase, plus people will buy on the night
