According to the info online, Scooter is on the lineup for the We Love The 90's Tour which starts in Stavanger, Norway, on April 13 - 1 week after the final show on the TBMU Tour.

Also not on the German version, since the musicload.de link is clearly the German version since the titlesong "Hoeren Neuken Nooit Meer Werken" is in the German version "Huren bumsen nie mehr schuften" on there.

The titlesong is the same this time for the Dutch and German version (only translated to German), and it's this song http://youtu.be/m8VbU4KkYyA
Which is clearly not happy hardcore this time, and that might be why they didn't ask Scooter, or another German artist for the German titlesong.
