1. Asterlay

Sounds like a Scooter 4th chapter track and I hate Scooter's 4th chapter music. Guy spent lot of time on the arrangement, but sound is amateurish, especially the assdrum.

2. Flatline

...has gone downhill, looking for a new genre to work in. And sound selection here is horrible.

3. Gee Tee Age

this is my track

4. Massive Tudom

softwareish sounds and bad sound selection

5. Roman Linguina

boring track

Had a listen.

Astleray - In Stereo
Nice start. Good work on the kicks, quite bouncy, sounding great. Thumbs for the undersampled effects in the lead stuff :) The trancey pad is a bit off-track for me, and the main synth could be harder for the groove. It gets a bit cheesy there :P But it's OK. Kudos for the dubstyle-like part before the lead-out.

DJ Flatline - Da Phonk
Yeah, I bet you didn't expect this. The track was made between classes in university when I was bored. The genre is called moombahton, but don't ask me what that means. I found the output funny enough, so I chose this one to enter the comp, just to see your faces :P Don't worry, I won't be changing styles. I spent about 20 hours on my christmas happy hardcore tune, while this one was made in less than 5.

Gee Tee Age - Worth Dying For
Old :D You should have sent something new, man :P good one though, as I said before.

Massive Tudom - F_cked Up Mentality
Whoa, rock on! :) Though the vocals are mixed way too badly, I can hardly understand a word :( The melodical parts sound a bit chaotic - I guess that's intentional. Liking the squarewave arpeggios in the background and the pitching at the end. Thumbs up for originality, but it's far from your best, at least for me.

Roman Lugina - Sunshine
The track starts okay, but it becomes too blunt. Nothing special for me, and the synths could use more fx. Nice chill melody though.

Keep 'em coming posse, I hope the next one will have more tracks :)

Astleray - In Stereo
Good kicks and bass. Overal production sounds good I think. You could have done more with this dubstyle parts I think, sounds a bit empty to me. Rest is typical hardstyle which I'm personally fed up with but that's just me. ok track.

DJ Flatline - Da Phonk
Different to your usual stuff. Always good to hear some different stuff. I really like the tune. Nice sounds there I think, like the groove in it. Some sounds remind me of Skrillex's music. Good production.

Gee Tee Age - Worth Dying For
Like we're used from Gee Tee Age, a good produced track. Has a relaxing feel to it which is nice. Your own vocals?

Massive Tudom - F#cked up mentality
My own track.

Roman Lugina - Sunshine
Simple sound really. Kinda boring to be honest. Use some fx next time. Bassline sounds a bit cheap. Nice ideas though.

alrite, now my reviews:

astleray - thats my tune ;-)
i wanted to make some rather uncommon hardstyle tune , combining the popular "complextro" style with some harder beat 'n stuff.
took me 1 week.
i still have to work on the bassdrum tho.

dj flatline
sounds heavy , i like it till about 1:00 :)
the talkin wobblz are not really my cup of tea.
but also nice automations there..

GTh
nice idea, not the best execution.
the vocals arent synced with the beat even a little and as soon as the meldy kicks in at 0:45 it could be already the end. after that pretty nuthin happens. with a better sound choice and different harmonies u could have built up some tension, but as it is... no.

massive tudom:
one more try to make some scooterish tune?! ;)
sounds really fcked up.. could be a stylistic device but i dont like it either way.
the vocals are incomprehensible again.

roman lugina:
some more sidechain wouldhave been nice and more up2date sounds ;)
the melody not quite catchy but ok.

i'd say the "best tune award" goes to imre -- or gth.

hehe. I knew it was a "risky" thing to say :D

No, didn't try to make scooterish stuff. If I wanted to do that I would've bought a green bullet mic, putted a lot of HPV in it and some happy melodies.
The title already told you it would be f.cked up, and yes that was the idea about it :)

To be honest, I wasn't really sure about sending in this one, but seeing the low amount of tracks I just sended it anyway

Well,

What can I say, I honestly can't go past da phonk! Flatline, awesome track, I think this has huge potential, club potential too, love it especially when the melody kicks in and would absolutely LOVE to hear a radio mix with a "da phonk" vocal sample in there. Love it, just hits you! Congrats!

What can you do? :-D

Cheers,
Jeff
