It's logical that they don't mention the recent chart results in interviews, but if there are good reasons for their new way of releasing and promoting the singles, they (or someone working for KONTOR) can give a hint to their "core fans" (e. g. on this board). If they really read our comments - and they say so in interviews - they can't be satisfied to read the same critical opinions concerning their release policy over and over again. And the only way to stop these opinions is a good explanation. It sounds logical, that they go with the flow when the talk is positive, and don't go further into the negative things.

it could be cash releated, maybe scooter need a big hit to gain promo cash for the next releases,
either that or they really dont like this album and think why waste money,
and then work on the next album,
If they don't like this album they shouldn't have released it.
) works best as a dance track, they should make a dance track of it and not put it into a hardstyle scheme. If an idea/a chorus/a melody works best in a house track - make a house track of it (like "Shake that!" or "It's A Biz") and if the elements they have written/ripped work best with jumpstyle beats - then make a jumpstyle track. The tracks of an album can be combined by a common mood/atmosphere (like the dark mood on BTTHJ or the stadium atmosphere on TSTE), but not almost every single track should be "forced" into the same scheme/style. This would even make the albums and their singles sound more diverse.
maybe scooter thought it was to late to turn the album around, so they added some other styles to add variety and released and hoped, it could have been to late to change anyway,
i recall scooter saying the management sets them targets, so it may have been to late
