could be that people are losing interest of scooter, happens to all bands after a while, rolling stones for example
the album is a good one though,
but i think if the next single fails now, scooter will look to get back in the studio and cut their losses
it will be so bad if the next single fails, its so far kinda had a lot of promo, and scooter did 11 interviews today, which i guess we will see soon, its unclear what was said as of yet, my money would be on the new single and the album

Let's hope for a re-worked C'est Bleu, a real bomb that will make top 10 and lift TBMU to top 20 again, or higher.

You are all overreacting...it is a disaster, but why it has happened?

Because people are fed of Scooter?! Yeah, right! That's not the case for sure! Look at U2 or Prodigy...there is till a big interest in them, although both bands are older than Scooter.

Because of change of style on his new album? Well, to some degree yes, but then again...this styles are so popular now, that new fans should easily be attracted.

So, what's the deal then?!

It's BAD, BAD, BAD promo! Or if you prefer it...no promo at all!!! I don't count YouTube and FB as serious promo.
Wake up, Scooter and go back to the good old promo techniques and the results will come... ;)
We don't need a knife, we don't need a gun...all we need is Scooter and some fun! :)

UH!?!?? Yes the groups are older then Scooter.....AND????? I don't understand what you mean? ?( So has Iron Maiden, Kiss and million other groups in different styles. :D And Yes, I think that is the case. People are getting fed up of Scooter. And thats is because of several things. Bad decision of music path, promotion, fast produced tracks and they are riding on old resume.

My words, man!
You could bring a lot of reasons for the lacking success since Ti Sento and the entry of #2-UTROTT.
People get fed up with Scooter?
Might play a little role because the JAOTW/UTROTT-albums were really milked as cows and the tracks on them have a very similar style. But TBMU has a style that is completely different from UTROTT/JAOTW - and success is still going downhill...
So "style"/"genre" can't be the main reason, and I don't think that people got fed up with Scooter in the short time between October 2009 (Ti Sento - T10; UTROTT - #2) and November 2009 (TSAMH didn't reach the top 30). ;)
Andreas Gerlich?
Might also have played a little role, but it's not fair to make "den Sündenbock" of him. Scooter have been laughed at since the beginning and they survived everything. So one TV appearance at DSDS can't destroy such a long an successful career.
The promo/release poiicy?
This is IMO the main reason. The promotion/release policy changed after "Ti Sento" from a solid and well-planned strategy into this rushed trial-and-error-policy. And since that time no single was realley successful again - no matter in which style it was made.
If Scooter will release a bomby radio edit of "C'est bleu" on the good old way of promotion/release policy and if it will fail as well - then you can say: "Ok, people losing interest in them."
But if they manage to release the song close to good promotion opportunities (e. g. THE DOME) and release the video on music television and on youtube at least one week before the single's release - then I guess it will reach at least Top 30 and give a push to the album sales as well.

This is what I don't get. The guys are intelligent, why don't they realize where the roots of the problems are?

TSAMH and Stuck On Replay were both too early released, that's 1 thing.

The album have had the lowest position ever - 15. The market shows that TBMU is not the Scooter people have waited for for two years. The band have to make some conclusions about what they made and then back to the heavyweight jam classic Scooter-sound.

Finding the right tune that fits the track,
Might be pretty hard cuz he's f_cked on crack!

Start the match and find the station
Reach what you can and party the nation,
A? Hey! Whatcha gonna say?
I automate the sequence and speed for my getaway
Take it to the edge, there's nowhere to hide,
And call up the crew; let's go for a joyride!

According to your link, ScooterPosseLeipzig, TBMU was in the chart only 3 weeks. This is the shortest staying in a chart ever.
