Nevertheless it's a fact that the promo around DDE and TBMU have been on the bottom.
How do they expect to sell good and get good chart positions when they don't promote?
He's got a point. It seems they're getting out of ideas for new stuff, and go more and more towards quick releases.

TBMU wasn't a quick release when we look at the fact the last album was released in autumn 2009. And speaking for myself, the new TBMU album sounds damn creative and fresh, so I wouldn't say they are getting out of ideas, because how on earth would they in that case be able to make such an experimental and refreshing album like TBMU is?![]()
Was it finished before TOO? Cos in that case, it could have been logical to release CB as the first single![]()
But in a way they could have released it instead of DDE to really push the album sales with all those extra promo due to Vicky

But it seems they had also a very good feeling DDE would do very well, and well, maybe at first prefered to show the nation the new sound, and kept CB as "emergency single" just in case DDE wouldnt work that well, because they were sure CB would turn the tide so to speak, if needed

I don't get it, too. Maybe they don't know it alreadyWhat I don't understand:
A few months ago HP said that they had tried to produce electro house, but that this proved to be the wrong direction. He even said that they had worked in the wrong direction for more than a year.
So I thought they made the elctro house tracks at first, noticed that this wasn't their "cup of tea" and thus produced the more classical tracks like "C'est bleu", "Close your eyes" or "Summer Dream". This would also explain the huge amount of tracks on the new album: The album was ready to be released in August with 12 or 13 tracks (if you count the intro) - but Scooter weren't satisfied with it and went back to their roots by producing the few jumpstyle/hardstyle/happy trance tracks on the album.
But after this information I'm wondering right now wether their statement ("house is not our cup of tea, we want to go back to the roots") was just a joke.
