The UTROTT one was from Vengence Vocal Essentials as far as I know - this isn't on the same one, but it may be from Vol 2

It sounds like a this typical "low male hardstyle voice" which you hear in a lot of hardstyle songs.
It could be a sample from a sample pack, or ripped from a hardstyle song.

When I heared that vocal, it reminded me of some movie I've seen. Somehow I had the feeling I heared exactly the same text in some movie trailor or movie intro. But am not sure what movie though. But it sounded familiar to me, that without a doubt. ;)

you are right i think, i had it in my head the other day and i couldnt think where i herd it, im sure this is the film
