The chorus in Sugary Dip is from Party Animals - Have You Ever Been Mellow. And yes, that track is based on the original Olivia Newton John song Have You Never Been Mellow ;-) But the chorus is different as the original song :D

I had to check this topic, because I'm interested in what they sampled/covered etc. :)
For now, situation looks positive, because there are not too many samples/covers etc. But well, it's too early for the final judgment, because when full tracks come out, there will be many more new samples/covers discovered.

P.S. So, "Beyond The Invisible" has nothing to do with Enigma track of the same name? Or?!
We don't need a knife, we don't need a gun...all we need is Scooter and some fun! :)

@alucard: there are loops indeed, but i never noticed scooter using them. only amateurs use 'em normally.
especially when it comes to getting signed on a label, they dont tolerate the usage of 3rd party material.

@ROCHEN Scooter used a lot of loops and sounds which come with Logic Pro. As example, the intro of Ratty's Revenge is a sound rhat comes with Logic.

Scooter have used pretty much stuff from vengeance essential club sounds the last years. But yeah i don't know this drum beat sample. So it seems that they recreated the Nero beat. Ok ok, this seems to be a ripp off. I surrender. :D

to me this album seems to be a step up on the ripping/sample front,
so far it seems scooter have hardly done any sampling, and as i see no ripping sounds,

i wouldn't consider having similar beats a ripp otherwise scooter has copied every dance act out their and vise versa, its a loop of beats,

however i would say this album has a lot of influence on other acts (like the past really) to create the upbeat modern style,

as for the back to the roots thing, i can hear how scooter wanted to add older styles to the new album and to me it has and also fuse it with new
