Could be the name of a fish in the aquarium who has died (thats why he doesn't eat). Or David Archuleta who doesn't eat before a performance, or any number of other Davids.

C.I.F.L = according to google a short for "Continental Indoor Football League". This intro comes before "David Doesn't Eat" on the album. So could this David maybe be David Beckham?

I know, stupid thought, but well, it would atleast have a football connection, althought I think David doesnt play indoor (I'm no football expert, sorry)
