Why? Simple question.
The 'MegaMix' thing makes me think exactly like that

Also remember the new versions of Scooter songs that played during the fireshow in Germany last year. I clearly heard there new Weekend and Jigga Jigga, if I remember correctly.

The words make me think of an entire older album reworked in a new style, or about 12 or so remixes/reworked older tracks put on a cd. This 'megamix' makes me think of their entire singlegraphy taken in small 1-2 minute amounts and mixed together one way or another. But no idea what way. But this is of course subjective -- your idea may be right, and I hope it will be, since it's much better than my prediction/thought.

Noone needs this sh1t... the standart edition of the album has 2CDs, so it can't be this cr#p! I really hope so

They say on weltbild.de, that the 2nd CD will be used completly, so it must be longer than an hour....

im thinking it will be something like on the inferno, the mash up of we are the greatest and frequent traveler with all singles fused into one mega mix,

i could imagine hearing an shout off between maria and j'adore, with a rock bottom beat and a sing off between hello and one, with a weekend style base drum in the back, and something like mixed synths between j'adore and stuck on replay, or mixed ti sento female vocals with a jigga jigga backing

im really interested to see the final result of this one
and as all of us here im hoping it wont be a pached back to back

Yes. That's what I'm talking about. It must be something like this, not least. Because there's no sense to release a simple Best Of again. Only different (updated) versions mashed up together will make a sense. This will be wonderful, actually. That is what I've asked Scooter for! And many will like this, I'm sure.

That would be wonderful and all, but I'm not getting my hopes up yet. Simply because of all the time the actual album has taken. And something like this takes a lot of work. There'd be no point in another special edition with a cd full of old tracks that every fan has had for years, but this is something we've gotten with the past two releases. And because of all the delays this up-coming album has had... I'd like to be wrong, I've been too cynical as of lately, but then again most of my crazy expectations and such I've made before haven't come even close to happening! So I'm wary these days about thinking all the extras they could make, because that may not happen at all. But then again -- the point that even the cheapest edition of the album has the megamix, maybe it will be a tribute to the fans, maybe they have divided their time and worked on it on and off during the year, maybe some stuff in Inferno was from it, maybe there was already more at that point but not all of it was played in Inferno -- there are possibilities. Let's hope the best, and it won't be a (relatively) long time till we know!

So I think they've started to create the MegaMix much earlier than they've started to create the actual new album.

Yeah, there's a possibility for that, I already admitted it in my previous post.

i also had the same feeling about the megamix, and the releated firwork show, that could have well been early stages of it,

as we all know scooter have been doing mixes like this a lot in recent years, medleys, specials at shows, re edits
im really looking forward to this one, but as said i too hope it aint just a quick mix up with cut tracks

I don't see why it wouldn't be included. It's a megamix so it would have a short clip of the song in it. I think it would be silly to have a megamix of all the singles except (the only) one.
