Summertime I see a dead mouse almost every day. My cats are coming home with one or sometimes two a day

But my female cat Nadja had crossed her paw somehow a few days ago so it´s only the male Niko who is hunting right now.

I don´t know how the pigeons are where you live but those we have around could never been catched by a cat and definitely not by a crow. In fact birds in general seem to be more clever than one think. For example as soon our cats come out the birds start to alarm each other so the cats have no chance at all

-Andrea: I dunno how your cat's can't get a pigeon, but here on the roof of the block in front of my apartment I saw how a seagull grab a pigeon on the neck then eating it! It was lovely
