For me instrumentals are very important. Well, I'm a Trance fan, so it's no suprise, isn't it? Well, I re-listening the vocal Scooter tracks too ofcourse, especially that kind of tracks as FasterHarderScooter, I'm Your Pusher, The Revolution, Like Hypa Said and so on. But instrumentals are always in my head, and I love to re-listen them for many times! That's why BTTHWJ is one my favorite albums, as well as Wicked and TSTE.

Noooo! That would definitely be an embarrasing sellout ripoff tune to cater for the Radio 1 crowd :P

Otherwise it'd be cool if they did a track in every style mentioned.

Not to mention their best and most original tracks are instrumental too...but of late it's been a token effort.

My custom title says it all ;)

Instrumentals are great, but after a few years it are the lyrical single styled tracks that I listen to the most. It's a matter of taste ofcourse, but for me an album with much lyrical tracks is always more interesting to put in the CD player, even when it's older so to speak.

Indeed. I have listened to TSTE or TUAO far more than to ATBGO, AOL, BTTHJ or Sheffield.
But the problems with the single-style-albums are:
1. You have to rip more if you want to produce an album full of potential singles within one year
2. You have a big consumption of ideas and elements for the single styled tracks:
Take a look at the first two chapters - almost every single was a real bomb and was different from the singles before (compare "FasterHarderScooter", "F*ck the Millenium" and "I'm your pusher" or "Let me be your Valentine", "Rebel Yell" and "I'm raving" - each single has a different character, a different chorus style and differs even in the amount and style of HP's shouting and singing). Since TSTE we have many singles and album tracks that are similar ("Weekend", "The Night", "See me feel me"; "The question?", "ANM"; "Maria", "Rock Bottom", "TSTKE", "J'Adore Hardcore"). Maybe Scooter appear a bit overused to some people (this would - besides the bad release/promotion policy - explain the bad chart results of the last singles).

Very good points there ;) I never thought that way about it, but it indeed sound very plausible, yes ;)

yes it is an article interresting! For example this can be questioned whether the style of voice to the microphone
is not something that begins to tire??

he must return to normal micro??

good question? no?

and it clearly sounds better live too,

I think HP's just overusing this MC Vocals. More instrumentals would be nice so he don't need to use his VIP, chicks bits in the mix lyrics on every track. Or he just starts singing something that has a meaning. ;)

would be nice to see the new album as well as having a diverse sound but a few more intrumentals, like the old times
at least 4 would be good.

Personally I would like to hear more melodic SINGING from HP. The autotune stuff i didnt mind.

I would also like to hear less MC shouts and more meaningful stuff like on No time to chill.

That song is cool.
Wonder what H.P. needs for creating songs like that?

I think the chances are very big for that this time ;) It's not without reason called "The Big Mash Up" I would say, and Scooter themselves said there will maybe be some slower and faster tracks ( 1 or 2 hardstyle tunes) on it + when I remember correctly something was mentionned about a track in German language. So that would result in atleast a few "styles" ;)

Plus they've mentioned there definitely being a dnb track, then a track with dubstep influences, and a jumpstyle track (if I remember correct, I'm not totally sure about this last one, but I think they mentioned it a long ago). So there's several styles indeed! Then I would assume at least one more track in TOO's style, and a big trance finaler... And they've talked about electro and progressive influences... And I hope for some really experimental track that isn't any of the before-mentioned styles. :D So I think it'll be one excellent album!

As someone said there might be a german-spoken track on the album... That would be nice. HP screaming something in German language is worth hearing.

Hebt die Hände in die Luft! Ja!
Riding with me is my friend R.J.Jordan,
Knowing the rules aint part of his program,
Finding the right tune that fits the track,
Might be pretty hard cuz he's f_cked on crack!

Start the match and find the station
Reach what you can and party the nation,
A? Hey! Whatcha gonna say?
I automate the sequence and speed for my getaway
Take it to the edge, there's nowhere to hide,
And call up the crew; let's go for a joyride!

Let's go for a joyride!

Yeah, although I have a feeling that the German track, if they succeeded with it, will not be in the MC style just like LUT and Marian weren't.
