Hello Video Helicopter Gunship

In the very beginning of the video we can see the helicopter facing the screen and shooting in it. The question that has driven me for a long time is where is that very scene from? I doubt Scooter could have afforded such an expensive action scene... They might have stolen it, as always.
Riding with me is my friend R.J.Jordan,
Knowing the rules aint part of his program,
Finding the right tune that fits the track,
Might be pretty hard cuz he's f_cked on crack!

It looks to me like a virtual reality helicopter, so a sort of game scene, like the helicopters in FIRE ;)
