On amazon.de
the single is #189 in music, #6 in dance music and #2in techno music
the mp3 in #81 in mp3 albums

On Musicload.de it is on the front page of new singles and also on the new dance singles section..
but at the moment it is only #51 in dance singles

On itunes its also on the first page if you click the new singles tab also on the dance section it has its only little box
The movie version is already #14 in top dance singles, and has also climbed to #113 in top singles
Where as the normal version is only #90 in top dance singles

I did not expect a good chart position but according to this trend charts the single will do more bad than I thought.

Mhh, I wouldnt say so. Of course the promotion is/was a pain in the - - - but I think the main reason for such a low position is another: Its dwindling interest for scooter. Looking back it gets clearly visible. For example Stuck on Replay, Stuck on Replay is a track with scooters hit recipe. In addition SOR had very good qualifications relating the promotion -> UTROTT Tour, music video on time on VIVA and most important it was the theme for the Ice Hockey CC but it totally failed and became one of the biggest flops in scooters music history. The same with TSAMH, a fresh tune without the boring HPV, UTROTT Tour as well as Music Videos on time on VIVA.

I would say its time for scooter to surprise with something fresh otherwise I see Scooter in the boneyard, unfortunately. ;(

I have to admit I also after TSAMH & SOR started to worry that indeed the interest in Scooter is slowely dying....hmmm....but well, the original UTROTT tour was a very succesfull one, so was the DVD, so that again proves the opposite, but than again the X-mas tour wasn't a seller, I believe no venue on it was sold out..... but just as you wrote I can't hide the feeling that the general interest in Scooter is gradually decreasing as it seems, yes..... :S ...but we had those times before, and Scooter always managed to get out of the dark hole so to speak, so it will all depend on the new album I would say, yes ;)
But after JAOTW, the succes of UTROTT was really little compared to JAOTW, although UTROTT did manage to enter on #2 which is a succes, but globally it didn't sell like JAOTW did, no.

I think sales might improve when the movie is relaesed; but the video being out now could also help sales, there must have been much less initial publicity than normal, as normlly the video is on the music channels early

Yes, I think that's probably right, with the single coming out so quickly and with little initial promotion, we may not be able to expect miracles straight away, but i reckon the movie's release will help.
