We are getting a new track - The Only One.
I would imagine the only reason the Friends remake is getting more publicity is because of the movie - it is going to reach far more people than just Scooter fans because of that, and then when those who buy it because they like it from the movies here the other track they will be converted to Scooter :)
A national movie release is going to get more recognition for Scooter - and even if we fans are not all happy it should be very good for Scooter and help get then heard more :)

OK, now I understand what are you talking about... but somedays ago H.P. himself said that it will be a Double-A CD in an interview... maybe their plans has changed, I don't know...

there is nothing written about TOO at all, even on scootertechno.com news nothing is written about TOO. If this would be a new track why dont they mention it?

I saw your answer, and my previous post is edited.
I thought Scooter Official were a fansite as well, despite the name, because it seemed to be updated by other people and not the band.
But then, the band doesn't seem to ever update or write anything themselves.

That's something I miss with Scooter.
ATB have made 5-6-7 statuses on FB about his new album and tour, the last 2-3 weeks or so. He's staying in touch with his fans himself, not using anyone else to write, or not writing anything at all.

At least I think it's himself posting. His posts look too "real" and personal to be written by someone else for him.

Similar thoughts here, Flying-Dutchman... The situation is bordering a nightmare. Whereas I think there's still a good chance of hearing brand new stuff in Inferno even if nothing but a new single will have been released before it, the other facts remain. I just can't understand this situation. TOO should be the main thing here. But the official site doesn't even bother mentioning it in the news post! And the guys haven't even officially written that TOO will be released, they've only mentioned FT on Facebook and the video it will have with New Kids. Not a single mention of The Only One there. I'm starting to think that track will not have a music video. Or at least not now, now when it'd especially need to have one...

Even if they trusted in TOO and had high hopes for it, it won't work out if they're playing the game wrong! They should concentrate fully on promoting that, and leave FT on the background. They might be thinking of some reverse strategy, but sadly that won't be working in this case.

What are you talking about? They CAN'T leave FT on background! And of course they HAVE to make it the main track on the new single, because it's a soundtrack for the movie, they expect a lot of response from this track, they do hope, it will be commercially successful. So who knows, maybe they will not release TOO at all, or will make it as s b-side, but not a 'stand-alone' track. We can't read H.P.'s, Rick's and Michael's minds... and we HAVE to wait for the samples to judge.

Seems HP and Rick aren't interested in keeping such a personal contact with the fans.

great news! i'm looking forward to this song! :)
news kids are silly but awesome and scooter prove that they still have a sense of humor.
i think its much better to remix an old OWN classic than to copy fresh new tracks of technoboy and other hardstyle artists....
