Quoted

Rick: I think it’s impossible to invent something new in music, especially in electronic dance scene

this is the biggest sh!t I've ever heard...

another big laugh was

Quoted

Rick: But for us it’s not about the money
No never Scooter is not commercial! :D

Did you read an open letter from Technoboy, that appeared on his official web-site after Scooter's Under The Radar Over The Top was released? Can you comment it?

Quoted

Rick: I think maybe he was in a strange mood. He is a good friend of Dave 202 and Dave 202 is our big friend. And after Dave talked to him, he stopped feeling bad. You know, it's the same story with Ferris now, but we refuse to comment it. I think it’s impossible to invent something new in music, especially in electronic dance scene, so sampling and borrowing had become a normal thing. There's no use to worry about it.

ok so if you know someone knows the person you did steal from it's ok! So don't worry don't ask them before! There's no use to worry about using other peoples music without asking them for permission! I ask myself what Rick would say if someone stealing his studio equipment - sorry it's all your stuff now i just was in a bad mood when you stole it
he is doing the same like H.P. if someone is asking negative questions about their ripping they just try to put lipstick on the pig! If you talk good about bad things nothing is negative anymore! And why they refuse to comment the Nessaja story with Ferris? People don't have something to say usually have something to hide.

Actually Rick is right about the modern dance music. Everything's borrowed. Try to live with this. And remember, Scooter ALWAYS used other's samples as a mozaic for their own stuff. Last years there's too much attantion to this, dunno why there was no such attention before. So... I'm completely OK with this nowadays, especially after Rick said this once again.

Yeah sure. If this is true, then why can I come up with at least 10 successful artists who make ORIGINAL tunes?

The interview is great, but this line blew my fuse.

You'll never know that for sure. I mean of course many people write their own tracks :) But all their sounds and melodies are not unique. They was already done by someone in the past.
And again, Scooter is like this till the very beginning. I just really don't like, that only now everybody started talking about it and blame the band.

ricky knows very well that little invent and create!

I took the evidence to my friends Colony 5 futurepop ebm groupthat picks up anything! and we create them their own song! norecovery, certainly not the style because it was inspired by groupslike Covenant! assembly 23, but this is amazing with this scene is that there is a group, they are creating! they are creative! while thetechno dance scene merely repeats remix!

but artists techno dance in the middle which is not known themproves every day that they are creative without taking a song!

rick says you can not create! rick seen the stuff you have, you take your synthesizer notes you made and you create!
