Saw sash at skegness on friday night and he mentioned the russia gig, didn't realise scooter were doing it as well.

Sash made me laugh when he started doing the maria "dup" inbetween songs.

I watched it on MTV and they took out Maria... . . :cursing: I only could suspect, there were performed still more two or one song by Scooter, but it was dropped out of the broadcast.

Scooter did well, because our people didn't find something new ever since, they do really love old ones - "HMITF?" and "Fire".

Thanks Scar, great interview!
I'm starting to get worried about the new single though.. Anything under 150bpm is hip hop territory...
Whenever people agree with me I always feel I must be wrong.

Thanks Scar, great interview!
I'm starting to get worried about the new single though.. Anything under 150bpm is hip hop territory...

their jumpstyle stuff was at 145bpm and it wasn't slow...
but Rick said smth. like 150million BPM, so he was sarcastic.
but still we will get some slower stuff, very likely electro/house stuff...

and btw:

Quoted

Rick: I think it’s impossible to invent something new in music, especially in electronic dance scene

this is the biggest sh!t I've ever heard...

Quoted

RSP: If someone wants to make a good remix for Scooter, what does he have to do first, whom should he contact?

Rick: Well, I think you have to contact Markus Gardeweg. He works for Sheffield Tunes and Kontor Records. He is responsible for all the contacts like this. So, he may help you in this situation.

Gee Tee Age do you listen? ;)

Yes, finally! :D Another awesome interview, guys! Great, great work. I'm getting so pumped for the new album after reading these quotes! 8o

Quoted

I can't tell you more for the moment, but this track will be massive.
Yesssssh!

Quoted

But we try to feel how we can create a Scooter sound of 2011, but not 1998. We're working hard for nearly one year already to feel how we could do that, listening to a lot of tracks, remixes and stuff. And I think it will be a little slower, than our usual works, but it will be fun, it will be definitely filled with energy, and it will be big.
This sounds so good! They've worked hard for this and I think it'll show! I don't think slower bpm is bad at all (and I don't think bpm means anything, they can make good stuff, slow or fast) -- I think it will have drums that have serious impact! It's really exciting to hear all this from Rick, he if any can describe what's going on with. And I think it will really be huge, both Rick and HP have said that a few times now.

It's also good to know Ratty might have some future one day, although -- indeed -- it's more important they're fully focusing on Scooter.

And good to know Mike will be there in the future too.

Overall, questions and answers both very interesting!
 This is a signature.

Indeed!

I just finished reading the actual story part and have to say that it's a well-written and intriguing piece as well, nearly as interesting as to read the interview was to read how the evening went and hear of the events that lead the lucky posse to the VIP room! Here: http://www.scooterplanet.ru/interesting_eng.html
