I was told I don't have an American accent when I speak German! At dinner last night they thought I was Dutch/Belgian or I was Russian. This is a really proud moment for me!

nice! it's very difficult to get rid of an accent like that :)

I'm sort of giving a lecture about some Chinese stuff on my previous school, I get two bottles of nice red wine for doing this. Needless to say, I'm excited

Nice, sounds like a party after your lecture!

Some people have said they dislike the american accent and with the accent comes the stereotypes. so its nice to surprise people with me saying I'm American. It means Im not the obnoxious, ingnorant tourist in their eyes.

I like it when people learn foreign languages. (especially german :P )
And to me it doesn't make a difference if it's an american/irish/russian/hawaiian accent.
I know a teacher who is from america and he lives in germany since 15 years.
He still got his accent and it's quite amusing when I hear him using german locutions... :D

I wish I'd used the opporturnity to learn french. :(
Not easy to start from scratch, so I better stick with improving my english :D

(time to revive this topic)

I have a presentation on dialectical materialism in my philosophy class coming up - oh well, it's gonna be great. I already did a presentation on the relationship between Mengzi and Xunzi at some time in october

You light up another cigarette,
And I pour the wine.
It's 4 o'clock in the morning,
And it's starting to get light.

I just received my Blu-ray copy of Live in Hamburg. I'm very pleased that it works with my region-free Blu-ray devices. It's also the Australian Release of the disc.

Last Monday (28.11.2011.) I had a meeting with Duke of Zill (real name Jasmin). He is also from Croatia, and he is going on the same faculty as I do. We had a nice discussion about Scooter, and I must admit it was really a great feeling to talk so passionately about Scooter with another fan. And while we were talking (in pizzeria), an unexpected thing happened... Suddenly we heard H.P. screaming out from the speakers! It was Posse (I Need You On The Floor)! What a cool and strange coincidence...like it was planned. I don't remember when was the last time I heard Scooter tune being played in Croatia...

Anyway...it was a great experience in which I gained another good friend!!! :)
We don't need a knife, we don't need a gun...all we need is Scooter and some fun! :)
