The Original Mix, which you can hear on the 3 A.M. Vinyl, is made by Ferris and some other guys. Scooter used the whole base for their Nessaja and didn't paid anything to the guys.
I thought that 3.A.M. was a sort of side project of Scooter. So you say it's a sort of Ferris project, not a Scooter project ? But on www.scootertechno.ru the 3AM vinyl is not on Ferris' discography, but in the Scooter discography ? A bit confusing, but I believe you nevertheless. Interesting fact

But as always with "frustrated' people, the truth is somewhere in the middle. When people divorce always one side is to blame, but in reality both had their faults. For sure it was the same with Ferris and the rest of the band. No one's a saint I suppose So it's always difficult to find the real truth .... but something has to be true about that Nessaja stuff, otherwise the rumour wouldn't have started in the first place

Okay, if what he said is true, then yeah, he's got all the right in the world to be mad. But I think whining about it on facebook isn't they way go about it. He should channel that energy into making his tracks.There happened some things that only he and the rest of Scooter know about, and it seems it were really unfair happenings, sad but true

Not a long time ago, Ferris had prepared a statement, but someone from Scooter stopped him to tell "the truth". I mean, there was a thread in this forum about this.
