@kelvo: Glad to hear you're coming too! I've travelled alone to most Scooter and other concerts I've been to, so it's likely I'll come alone once again. Just to say, it's easy to go around in Hamburg and most people speak English if there's a need for it, so you should be fine even you didn't speak German. Public transportation and all that works like a charm there... And yeah I'll be in the standing area next to the Inner Circle.

@Corwana: Wise decision -- I won't be in the Inner Circle either and I'm waiting for the show just as I was before; the place being so huge, I'm happy to be a bit further to see it all. Plus I'm sure the bass will be loud enough there too. :D

Maybe we could all meet the night before in a place in downtown Hamburg, have a huge posse meet before the show!

As said before, that'd be great and I'd definitely be there too! :D And it's important to note that it should indeed be a day before, not after the concert; a day before so we aren't dead tired yet and also that we can speculate the up-coming concert endlessly. :D

I would love to come to this huge event after the wonderful experience in march. When first was announced i said "i will be there for sure" but now i'm not so sure. I have a lot to study and i might have exams exactly in that week. Not to mention money problems.... I won't say that i'm sure; and i'm not coming any more but i doubt...

I can't wait to go on a shopping spree!

Apparently it's one of Hamburg's greatest attractions for tourists? Whether or not that's true, I don't know. Based on a quick Google search it doesn't appear to be lacking in much of anything. Provided that there's loads of clothing stores: I'm happy.

A nice club or bar to then decompress after a hard days work of shopping will be lovely too. :)

There are probably places where HP himself buys clothes and anything in them would probably equal the rent I pay for half a year. :D Wouldn't mind some of the jackets he has though.

Hi everyone.

This will be my first Scooter concert and I have to say i almost got shocked when my 2 tickets arrived!

I tried to convince my gf to come with me (she isn' t a fan but likes the sound ;) ), and she agreed with the condition that the tickests have to be the for the sitting places. So we'll be up there on PK2 looking down at the whole scene, enjoying one of my deepest dreams coming true!

No regrets for the 700€ or so (tickets, airplane, hotel) that we will be spending on this

Btw can someone recommend me a place to stay in Hamburg? Preferably a cheap one :D

I always use http://www.booking.com/ for my hotels (it also has hostels). The search there is fairly good for listing things based on price and so on.

I second that. I've used booking.com for all my trips to Germany since... 2006 - which is 5 trips. 3 for Scooter concerts and 2 for regular holiday stuff
