I actually have a pretty interesting story about Scooter, I don't know if I've said it before but I might as well say it again.
I was bored one evening in late 2007, and I was looking up Tetris remixes on youtube. I always loved what at the time I called "techno", but I could never find any good artists and I found Basshunter's voice very annoying (that shows the extent of the music scene here, heh :p ). I came across "Whistling Dave", which was something fantastic I never before heard. I immediately began searching for more Scooter, and then came across jumping all over the world, which changed me. I had a few songs, and listened to them all the time, but I never knew what albums to buy.
Then, on one of my regular visits to Europe to see my family, I went to a CDshop and found a huge section on Scooter - at least 30 discs! I bought JAOTW-WYW, and listened to nothing else all the way back. I heard the album several times on the plane
I joined up with the forum in August of 2009 I believe, after I bought that CD. Then I saw a new album was coming out, and a tour was announced. I loved the Scooter sound so much I decided to time the next trip through Europe during the tour, and make a stop to Prague through Leipzig! There, I met the entire posse, and we really had a wicked time. I met the Sheffield Jumpers, Pae & Sarah, and their manager in the tourbus, and it was really a memorable time for me.
So, I returned, disheartened that I wouldn't see my dear Europe for at least another year. But then came the news of the Stadium Techno Inferno. So I instantly bought a ticket, and now am in the process of going back to Germany, once again!
As a side note, I would like to mention something. I owe my current life to Scooter. Scooter's use of sampling has led me to many interesting genre's and artists. After hearing JAOTW, I found the Headhunterz track it was based off. Then JAH, I found the tune from the Pitcher that one sampled. From there, my love of Hardstyle grew. Now, I am a DJ at a local club and spin tunes nearly every week, sometimes even 2-3 times a week. For a student and that being my first job, I can honestly say I'm extremely happy

Scooter inspired me to get into music production, which has become alot of fun for me and I do it nearly every day. Scooter led me to underground acts I would have never found before.
I can honestly say that Scooter changed by life, and not only with their own music, but introducing me to a world of fantastic music that is seemingly neverending.
So, that's my story :p
