Scooter music in Atzen style....hmmm.... it will be hard to achieve the Atzen style singing in English ;) David Guetta's style is more likely looking at the two options you mentionned ;) Maybe Scooter get the idea to also use famous singers for their chorusses, would be interesting ;)
I would like to see a song in Atzen style by Scooter, or, once again, I have mentioned it before, Atzen meets Scooter!

And people say this music can't be energetic anymore, well, I show you German group Darius & Finlay who sampled Rock Bottom! For their hit single, and it sounds very good!

D. Guetta is good but not to work with Scooter. Everyone has in his wishlist to work with Scooter, cheesy and super comercial artists and if Scooter will release someday a single with such an artists, everyone will be pissed of because "Scooter is these days a cheap comercial band, they went for the money, they are to cheesy"

Yeah....so if there will be a co-production, than please with a good and not cheesy band / artist ;) But I wouldn't say everyone has in its wishlist to work with Scooter, I think most have sadly in their wishlist to never work with Scooter :S But that's no real problem to me, because I prefer a "solo" Scooter production ;)

Although, admittedly, as I am somewhat guilty of doing it myself, it is redundant to dictatorially say to someone that the artist they want to see Scooter collaborate with is 'cheesy'. Alot of us recognize and have had to remind people a number of times that ones taste in music is subjectively based. Is it therefore not odd of us to label artists we don't like with a title that some may feel is simply false? Tastes differ remember, and sometimes considerably. I happen to dislike a great deal of the suggestions put forward by members here in this thread. And I am equally positive that most of the forum is dead set against the idea of Owl City working alongside Scooter on a track. While it frustrates me that people don't see the potential here for something golden -- like Chicane and Armin Van Buuren did -- I'm thankful that some of you have at least thought about it. It us much more preferable than simply ignoring it because you don't like him. It is much more acceptable, I think, to be constructive and not dismissive. The wise one has spoken. Remember? :P

By the by, how does one get with a Record Label without then being commercialized?

Well, if someones music is 'cheesy' depends indeed on ones taste.....some love it, and some hate it ...that's true. We love Scooter and some might consider them cheesy....but I think what Fanatik meant with cheesy is more stuff like that "Majahi" stuff, I forgot their name already...haha.... ;)

I'm open to any collaboration Scooter considers, because I know they know how to make music, so when they will choose someone, it will for sure fit together as a song ;) But still, Scooter isn't a real co-operation band IMO, but I have to admit I liked the co-operation with Antonella on TS .... in a way co-operating with the right band / singer, can be good for the public opinion....and can give interesting results, that without a doubt ;)

Recordlabels only want a commercial artist, otherwise they won't get interested anymore it seems. The have to see dollar signs, and than the artist is good in their eyes ....sad but true

In my opinion, Scooter is Scooter and it's better if they don't make more than 2 collabs per album. Ti Sento with Antonella Ruggiero was nice, though. They can hire someone to sing the vocals, but not from the mainstream area. If they do this, their music will be cheap and commercial-like. If the song had some success, that for sure wouldn't be Scooter's success, rather the singer's. I have to admit that everyone's got a unique music taste and some wishes won't ever come true. It's possible that mine won't either, but for that they wouldn't have to make collabs. If someone doesn't agree, feel free to post a negative reply, even with rough words. I'll listen to his/her thoughts.

Scooter vs. The Prodigy would be cool. But I agree - Scooter is Scooter, and are best alone.

I think their will be 1 collaboration on the next album, I have no idea who with but I know Scooter know what they are doing. The last 3 albums have all had a collaboration on behind the cow, jump that rock and ti sento :)

Don't forget The Sh1t That Killed Elvis! Yeah, there might be a collaboration, but to me they're not that special, they're like an extra ingredient, nothing I get too excited about. And in those songs the Scooter sound is the most prevalent anyway (thankfully). Can't think of anyone, the ones so far have been quite surprising.

I prefer a "solo" Scooter production

me too, i only really ever liked ti sneto for co production, and i do still believe that it was antonella that helped the single succed more, if it was hpv of just normal singling, i dont think it would have sounded as cool,

also the worst thing about co production is when played live, if the other artist cant make the tours, which they dont, then it kinda spoils the whole live version knowing it is complete playback, and in someways kinda riuns the whole live feel.

Scooter & Cascada would be fantastic in my opinion ;) And not remixes - full total together work with H.P. - shouts and Cascada-singing (and no pitch-es! :D ) ! But there will be problem, how to sing such tracks on live performances... :)

my point ecsacly
it is a good idea, and it could be a mega hit if done right, although i think it would sound a little predictible-hp-natalie-hp natalie-cpart(rick vs manian)(that would sound cool)-natalie with hp shouts
and finaly who would host the track would it be scooter vs/feat cascada of cascada vs/feat scooter, i could see that being the main problem between them both a sboth would want it to be there hit

in terms of live it will never properly happen making it playback and sound not as good, so it would go down like behind the cow

hers some intresting facts of cascada found on wikipedia i somehow found a liitle unreal in parts

Cascada is a German eurodance group active since 2004. They are most famous for their songs "Everytime We Touch" which won them a World Music Award in 2007 as well as becoming the group's first number one single, "What Hurts the Most" which reached the charts in 2008, and "Evacuate the Dancefloor" which became their first UK number one single in 2009. So far the group has sold an estimated 14 million copies of their three albums, and 36 million singles worldwide. Cascada consists of the German-born English singer Natalie Horler, and Record producers DJ Manian and Yanou. Cascada was originally founded as "Cascade", but the name had to be changed due to trademark reasons[citation needed]. In 2010 Cascada was announced as the second most downloaded dance artist of all time only being beaten by international dance producer David Guetta.

so thay have sold 14 million albums and 36 million sinlges worldwide, i dont think so, surely not
scooter have onlt sold 25 million records all togheter

the download part is right as we all seen the pole, which is on another thred, scooter were 7th

Cascada became the fourth best-selling group of 2007, and were only beaten by global successes Leona Lewis, Amy Winehouse and KT Tunstall.
this was for there album everytime we touch, i kinda see it as not real but it was a big hit album, but i neverseen it that big

but if you look at there discography on wikipedia it seems there hits wernt so big, kinda similar to scooter, so how have they managed to sell 14 million albums (which is kinda plausable) and the 32million sinlgles (which going buy the wkipedia discography seems fake)

am i the only one here who thinks this
see for your selves on wikipedia
because there is no way there hats have been as big as scooters
just look at hyper hyper, im raving, fire, the mighty how much is the fish, posse, mega hits ramp and nessaja, world wide smashed weekend and maria, even TQIWITQ, it just seems a little fake to me

8| , wow, don't know, what to say :D I think too that this is fake information, it can't be so...

And one another rlus for their together work - they are both from Germany ;) Scooter made remixes on Modern Talking and Rammstein, so it is time to make smth with Scorpions and, directly, with Cascada !

I'm not that crazy about the Scooter/Rammstein idea. It might sound good and heavy, yes, but there are more suitable artists for collaboration. And with Rammstein the theme of the song would end up being something perverse which wouldn't work with Scooter at all. I can't really suggest anyone else, though. Just the fact that there are thousands of bands out there. It'd need to be a band which doesn't take music or themselves too seriously. But then again, the last two collaborations have been with names who probably are quite serious about it. Oh well. :D First I start to reason and then I notice the reasoning doesn't make much sense...
