What a surprise I had this morning.

I've been waiting roughly three weeks for a CD I ordered from the states, Arriving this morning, I couldn't have been more pleased. My happiness was short-lived though when I realized they had sent the wrong item. Funnily, the receipt actually has a picture of the right item on it, yet the genius responsible for packing it still managed to get it wrong! I couldn't help but feel a little annoyed. I mean, I asked myself how this was even possible. And even more worrying is the fact that I can't even be bothered to inform them of the transgression they made. I waited long enough and I'm surprisingly satisfied with the wrong item they sent me. Wow, I'm odd. But it's also a case of not wanting to go through the hassle again.

I was initially mad about the whole thing, But now I just find it kinda amusing. :S :D

Congrats, Traxx!

Today, Mike and Phoenix from Linkin Park were at a radio station here in NRW and one could leave questions on the guest book of the website of the radio station, which I did. And later the host read out one of my questions plus a comment about Mike's new look that I made :D So I'm in a good mood today :)

I've been doing some optimistic planning. I might go to see Lustmord in Berlin in October. But that will mean I'll have to sacrifice the Scooter concert in Finland (money problems as ever). But I think I will do that. Why? Well, I've seen the guys twice this year already -- not that I wouldn't like to see them again (hopefully I will, in December :D) -- but Lustmord is extremely rare to see live: this will be his third show (the second's going to happen a few days earlier in Poland), and he's been making music since the 80s. The chances of this happening again anytime soon are so slim. The venue seems interesting, and the concert will likely be pretty amazing. Plus, as said, it'd give me a chance to visit Berlin again -- so much to see in that lovely city! So this is what I'm waiting for, at the moment. I might still see Scooter in Oulu too, if I get some extra money.

Sunday has never been a favourite day of mine. I feel bored, irritable and have little interest in doing anything. I plan to spend tonight snuggled up in bed watching a DVD or something. In light of my mood, I figure a movie based on apocalyptic destruction is the most suitable. Maybe 28 Days Later or Dawn Of The Dead, both of which get lots of adrenaline pumping. I also enjoy the contemplative aspect of it all, with the upsetting realization that if such a thing were to happen, it'd be the end of civilization as we know it. Everyone you know perished and out to get you... Oh, and incidentally, as I purchased the soundtrack to 28 Days Later yesterday, I fancy giving it a review. I find ambient soundtrack more preferable for these sort of things, but this films OST is amazingly orchestrated and heavily inspired me-- depsite being totally unusual to ma.

Agreed. Danny Boyle's 28 Days Later is alot more entertaining.

I was quite shocked and upset this morning! I haven't weighed myself for a few months, so I decided to get on the scales. Turns out I've put on 6 pounds in a matter of weeks. ;( :S It's all good though. I have an exercise and diet plan in the works on stand by. I'm ready to lose a few pounds and sort out my little pudgy stomach. Don't get me wrong, I'm skinny... I just have an tiny 'ittle belly. Signs of indulging in junk-- which I do frequently. I know, I know! I should know better. I'm forcing myself to get in good shape these next few months.

Yeah, can't believe it's going to be autumn once again already. :)

Anyway, I feel angry: I went to my usual store to by food items. There are some crossroads on the way there. One crosses one of those at the same time with cars that are turning right (what's the point of having crossroads with those maniacs still coming through?) -- the light was green, the road empty; I went, and when I was in the middle of the road the light turned red, and behind me some angry driver came fast and used the horn pretty pointlessly since I didn't start crossing during red light, and I was already out of his way -- and besides, it shouldn't matter even if I hadn't been out of the way: the law is that when one is crossing the street or about to cross, the driver must stop and let the crossroad user pass (and since it was green when I started, I was not breaking any rule myself). It's a small thing but enough to make me really angry. I felt like giving him the finger but managed to stop myself. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-- :cursing:

And, to celebrate the great day, some more surprise came!
My black female cat was pregnant again, and she just gave birth to 4 lovely black cats. Maybe, in the morning, because they are all wet.

Now to me: So I'm gonna say I'm in a shattered mood today. ;( 'Cause it has reached me yesterday a message who makes me concernd again. And it brings these old sorrows back in my life. That's not good! Dammit, why me? :S
