Today the number of the threads on this forum reached 10000.
Congrats to everyone who is still a member of this forum since the beginning.
It's great to belong to such a nice community. We have lots of fun here.
There are threads about our great Scooter, and we have nice nonsense topics. :P :P :P
This is the place where we get a know about new releases and where I made my English/German knowledge much better. :P
Keep this place up!

And also I'm missing the very first Scooter official forum :) I think old Scooter fans remember it :) It was SOOOOOOOOOOOO INTERESTING to read it :)) I was 15 or 16 I think :)) And also I'm missing the Scooter-Posse board. The time when it was functional was GREAT! So many interesting discussions and people... ahhhh, memories...

Nice.

I've had somewhat of a rough journey of acceptance with this forum from the beginning of my registration to my participation around here today. It was the second time round that I think I finally realized how happy I am on this forum, given that I have been closely acquainted with two forum members in particular that have permanently entered my circle. There's simply no escape for them! But seriously, they mean a great deal to me and I'm looking forward to traveling with one of them to Hamburg next year. I think it's pretty amazing how you can get to know people so well online, and then subsequently witness that virtual penpal-like relationship transcend into a real friendship in the big bad world. And of course I'm looking forward to meeting a few more active members in Germany next year, which, I think helps make discussions all the more real when you've been properly introduced to all those getting involved.

And what a terrific achievement. It's somewhat surprising given how small this community is. One thing I'll never quite get is that people seem to register with the board, sign off and are seemingly never to be seen again. It's as if we repel them in someway... :P or maybe they're just not the forum types. Who knows? New members should be welcomed here perhaps more warmly to prevent users from logging in once or twice and missing out on some well worth discussion. There are a few criticisms that have been voiced by certain members that I sometimes feel need addressing, but that's for another time and thread.

Glad to be here!

I'm proud to be a member of this community. This is my second family, a virtual family. It's such a great feeling when u know that u belong somewhere, a place where people from all over the world come to share their love for a great and unique band: SCOOTER. Also thanks to this band and this forum i had the chance to meet peoples from all over Europe....and for me is something unforgetable;)

We certainly could hug.

I'm anticipating both the enormousness of the concert and sheer awesomeness to be finally acquainted with some of you. And there's one individual in particular that I expect to be there without failure-- irrespective of the large expenditure required to get there. The punishment for failing to arrive at Hamburg on the scheduled date will be frighteningly severe. Keep that in mind... JayJay. Not only would you not showing up be tremendously disappointing, but the group hug will also be compromised irreconcilably! Let's take others needs into consideration before we make any deliberations, shall we? Selfishness has no place in my world.

Hehe. Just kidding. But, seriously, you better be there. We have to take our relationship to a more physical based dynamic. Reow (as you would say-- or Meow?).

Aaaaaaaaaand back on topic, it is terrific to be a member of such a great community. Love you all.

Haha nicely put May. And it's "reow". ;)

I'll have to see what I can do, but as I already have an overseas family commitment planned for next year money might be tight. Time will tell...

Commitments schmitments.... We'll discuss this at length in our next scheduled Skype threesome. Although I do feel awfully sorry for you, being at such a distance from Europe-- which only adds to the ludicrously big expenditure that you're forced to pay. If only you weren't so massively hindered by the immense distance between us and the rest of the fabulous continent of Europe. Things would be so much more easier. Just try your damnedest to ensure you're financially able to get here without any complications. I wouldn't imagine that you'd have to cancel seeing the most talented young man in the music industry, as tickets here are so freakin' cheap (the venue is tiny). So you won't have to make the most difficult decision of your life. But remember, and I can't stress this enough, the deliberation must be based on my feelings. Yours are irrelevant. Is that understood? Well, let's just say that the ramifications will be apocalyptic.
