I remember my first scooter concert in 2002, i was all the concert trying to reach first row, so maybe i lost part of the show...btw i reached first row...

The only advantages of being at the first row is to see the guys closer, nothing more.

+ you are amongst the real big fans, so no drunk people etc in the first 3 to 5 rows.... further away are sometimes drunk people or partycrashers ;) And in the first row one can lean a bit on the fence, and one has some eye contact with Rick or HP etc.... but to see the show the best, the first row is indeed not the place to be. But nevertheless I will try to get to the 1st row, because I like it to be there and see the guys from so close ;)

It´s a fact, when we will be at the queue and they open the doors we will run like madmen...

So E3 is the door for the standing area, right?

Man I am so excited. In 2008 I did run like I am about to die to get to the front row and this year it seems I have to run even faster than in 2008.

Some pics i found of the massive venue :-)

Yes, E3 is the entrance we have to go to if we have standing room tickets ;) And in this big venue we have to run even faster than last year, but I suppose the stage is longer, so more front room space, so we forum members should easily fit there, and the second row is also not so bad if you stand behind a somewhat smaller person ;)

In a place that size I don't stand a hope in hell of getting to the front :(

....but just being there will be great! :)

Is it that big place really? 16.000 people or so? I was just last week in the venue of 13.000 people and in the first row. :P ;) Someone is always in the first row. ;)

Aaarrrgghhh!!!
It looks like my wife may have to go into hospital for an operation and it looks like it could be next week!!! Which will mean that I probably won't make it as I'll have to look after our 4 year old!! Aaarrgghh!!! I will know for sure on Monday but I may have a standing ticket, return flight from Heathrow and a hotel reservation available if anyone is interested. Hopefully not but the way my luck is going! GRRRRRRRR, women!

Sometimes it's allowed and sometimes not...I got my camera inside on lots of concerts even if it wasn't allowed ;) But I won't risk it here, I need the front row place here, and that's hard to get, because there are lots of opponents :D

To be honest much as I love to try to take pictures, it is a distraction from the concert, its nice just to be able to concentrate on enjoying the concert :)

@ Maddy - thanks, but I'm not even sure if I get to the front I could stay there in such a big crowd - my health / fitness is not as good as it was at past concerts :)

That's a fact, I noticed that too, one misses parts of the tracks because of searching for nice picture moments... but without pics one has no visible memories after a gig... but there's luckily always someone that takes some pics, and we have the Youtube videos online, so in fact that is also enough visible memories.

This concert will be VERY soft compaired to Haapsalu one, where you were at the front. I'm sure you'd be fine at the front, and it won't push, it never does.
Anyway as you want ;-) I can keep you one.
