Forum appearance

what's happened to the forum? it's started displaying in extra-large fonts etc. like the Prodigy board does.
We started in 1994....in 2012 we're still on the case!!!

one thing I don't understand is why a couple of names in the list of users who are browsing the forum appear in bigger letters than others - not important at all, but just puzzles me :)

I noticed that too. Freaky. 8|
I'd say I don't like the new forum appearance, only the light colours are OK. :| The rest is

I like it now and have decided to stick with the new style - but if you don't like it try "WoltLab basic", I used that for quite a while - it's pretty neutral and basic but very usable, although I like this new style better :)

the different sized user names are only in the Scooter style as far as I can see, they are all the same in WoltLab basic - strange :)

All the user "Friends" that you accept show up in a bigger text, that's the reason. You can than easily see who of your "Friends" is online ;)
H.P.'s "The Voice" - "The Myth" > He stands out all above the rest, blonder than the best! :D

Have you pressed F5 on your keyboard? Apparently this refreshes the page.

I had a similar problem whilst the administrator was implementing the forums updates. Pushing the F5 button returned everything to normal.

It had been like that for a few days, not just for a few mins/hours etc. of updates.

What exactly happens? - Do you get kicked out after a period of inactivity, or while you are active on the forum?
I have looked at your account and it looks fine.

Let me know if you have anymore details about what happens, or if it happens when you do something in particular, also does anyone else have a similar problem?

And that new quote feature, what's up with that.
When I press the quote button there's no quote inserted in my post.
Also adding these smileys add the buttom by clicking on them doesn't work.

Hi there!
We have updated the Forum-Core to a new version. If you encounter problems it would be a good idea to empty your browser cache, and maybe remove the related Cookie.
This should help!

Best,
Toby
