I'm still not comfortable with the thought of getting a debt on about 100.000 Euro, because of the loan I need...
Though the pay-down is good. 30 years, and a nice amount every month.

Houses and appartments are nowedays so extremely expensive that it's impossible to buy them from savings :thumbdown: You can't get around a loan nowedays :S But most people have it and live with it, so you will also manage to live with it Traxx, I'm sure of it ;)

We had a great party at school, I just arrived home.
It was a party with funny clothes and masks.
We only wore them when we made a parody of Winnie The Pooh.
I was the Pooh and we won something for "Best Idea". :D
And there was a raffle too :D

I might be getting back with my ex girlfriend Lauren. We've talked a lot of things through among our heated arguments and insults and seemed to have hopefully gotten through it. We are just gonna take it slow to start with so time will tell!

I finally actually went to the post office to pick up my Berlin ticket... I also took my old harddrive to a computer store so I should be getting my music collection back tomorrow. :D (Technically I've had it all the time, on cds, but I haven't bothered taking them from the shelves and switching them all the time to hear the tracks, or making mp3s of them again...)

february 17th will be another judgement day on my part: it will decided whether I'll have to go to Peking University in Beijing or Zheijiang University in Hangzhou, near Shanghai for the fall semester ^^

I'll have to go ALL-IN on this one. I WANT to go to Beijing :D

correct :) just bought train tickets for my Hamburg trip next month :) it seems so f*cking expensive paying nearly 70€ for the a TRAIN journey when f.e. UK fans can travel much cheaper :/

just glad the tickets are in my hand now :D

I paid 126 euros for my plane tickets to Berlin, and that was a real bargain. My flights to Hamburg in 2008 cost about 300 e.

I handed one of my two last university papers and I got really good response on it, they already told me my paper would set an example of how a good paper suppose to be,and it will rise my GPA which will make it easier to seek my MBA acceptance.
