It's indeed strange and sad.But there's not solid fan base for Scooter in Britain so maybe that's one reason...
![]()
I think you're right, most UK fans were young 12-15 year old teenagers, and they tend to skip from one favourite to another and are very quickly influenced by trends. One can't count on them that much as on older fans. Sad but true.![]()
Of course there is "crappy" music at the top of the charts, but there certainly also is quality music on top of the charts. And just because you don't like it, it doesn't mean that most people have a shìt taste in music. That statement is simply dumb. It might be your opinion that music from acts like Cascada, etc. (which I don't like, too) is cheap and retarded, but in the end it's nothing more than a subjective opinion and doesn't prove anything, as apparently for a lot of people their music is not cheap and retarded and they enjoy it.I just don't get one simple thing - why do people care about charts so f****ing much???
Those charts that are so important to you are flooded by cheesy, cheap and retarded songs by artists like Cascada, Inna and other horrible monstrosities.
Remember, you will NOT find quality music among the top of the charts - most people have sh*t taste in music and that proves why the disasters I mentioned above are topping the charts.
Enough enlightenment for you!
I still consider TSAMH as one of my favourite Scooter songs of all time and a great piece of music and no chart position in the world could change that. The same goes for example for No Fate.

I agree with you but with HMITF too! Well, first of all i wanna say that i'm not some kind of musical God to know 100% wich is the highest quality in music or the worst. Most of the time everybody knows and accept that we are different with different tastes...and we should respect each other! Everyone has it's own opinion....but it's a subjective opinion NOT objective one! And then is the REALITY,and the reality is that bands like Cascada,N-dubz,O-Zone,Tokio Hotel,Inna,Lady Gaga are VERY CHEAP,COMERCIAL s.h.i.t.s of the music industry, hyped by the media and helped by some producers to release something. And why??? We live in a money maker eraOf course there is "crappy" music at the top of the charts, but there certainly also is quality music on top of the charts. Apart from that, of course a high chart position doesn't necessarily mean that a song is of high quality. And I still consider TSAMH as one of my favourite Scooter songs of all time and a great piece of music and no chart position in the world could change that. The same goes for example for No Fate.
And without wanting to attack you or something like that, but the sentence "Enough enlightenment for you!" at the end of your post makes you seem to be pretty arrogant.
And the majority is listening what they are forced to listen in clubs, public places and others....and everybody goes with the trend like a bunch of ships

And about TSAMH, it's a good track, not the best. It's a little bit quick made and as i said before, with a C-part would be perfect![]()

If Cascada, O-Zone, Tokio Hotel, Lady Gaga are "VERY CHEAP,COMERCIAL" & "money makers". What do you call Scooter then????
A band who sample & riping other artists songs![]()

The mayor said this carpet is a very special gift, it´s a kind of "flying carpet" that can fly them to the top of the charts so I think it´s time for HP and Rick to rummage out that carpet and start to fly![]()

But you definitely can't say that there's just cráp at the top of the charts. And cráp music is still a matter of opinion. A lot of people here in Germany say that Scooter's music is very cheap, crappy, bad, "commercial" music and it has been since the beginning. But just because they say so, does it make the music cráp? In my opinion not. There's no objective opinion that says that a music act like Cascada is cheap produced cráp. And even if there would be one that says Scooter's music is cheap produced cráp, I wouldn't care as I like the music and that's what counts to me. And to me for example Lady Gaga's music isn't cheap produced cráp. I wouldn't say that I like her music. She's got 1-2 songs that are quite okay to me. Of course it's commercial, but so is Scooter's music. At the end, as you already said, it all comes down to the point that everybody's got a different taste of music that should be respected and that there simply is no objective opinion to judge whether music from certain artists is cráp or not.And then is the REALITY,and the reality is that bands like Cascada,N-dubz,O-Zone,Tokio Hotel,Inna,Lady Gaga are VERY CHEAP,COMERCIAL s.h.i.t.s of the music industry, hyped by the media and helped by some producers to release something.
