No stars- less than 300 posts
One stars- 301 - 900 posts
Two stars - 901 - 3000 posts
Three stars - 3001 - 9000 posts
Four stars - 9001 - 15000 posts
Five stars = 15000+ posts

EDIT - actually looking at users that is not right :S

I have just been looking at the member list and number of posts, and it looks a bit inconsistant....

In practice it seems less than about 55 posts no stars
approx 55 - 175 one star
approx 175 - 600 two stars
approx 600 - 1750 three stars
approx 1750 - 3000 four stars
3000+ five stars

I got it wrong...
I meant that according to what Sandra wrote - I have 5 stars, but I'm on 13000 and something, not 15000.

But it seems to be like you wrote, cos I've had 5 stars for like an eternity now :P
