I think that both Ti Sento and TSAMH have some really weird remixes on the single-which aren't too attracting to the ear. :P,thus damaging the success.

They for sure don't help, because they are not mainstreem, not everyone will like them ;)
Scooter isn't exactly mainstream either... they have a unique sound that is liked, but no where near the popularity they deserve. However, these remixes are just really bizarre. TSAMH Electro Remix... well, yeah.

Well, The Charts on Amazon.de for TSAMH are looking not very good. TQIWITQ, TS and even Jador Harcore had way better positions (part. a difference of about 200 Positions!) than TSAMH

I have to say-"I told you so".
It's too weak and I wish they'd drop the bizarre remixes.

Well, one can't always be lucky enough to pick a hit as single. But I have to say that I thought it would do it better than this :(

It seems like everytime they try to make a different single, it fails in the charts... maybe it's a sign, that they should keep releasing singles in the style of Maria

Nothing is lost yet, we will wait for the normal shop sales, before we can really judge the succes ;) But as you say, often when they try to make something different, it doesn't work as a succes. :S

Or (And I can't believe I'm saying that) it's a sign of people wanting HPV in every single

It could be, because those were all very succesfull...people moan about HPVoices, but in reality love them it seems :S

HPV, senseless HP shouts and simple melodies - this seems to be the ingredients to successfull singles.

Guys, to be honest, TSAMH is not a good idea for the single, IMO. It's not a bomb track, it needs more variety in sound to become a hit. I have to say, that Bit a Bad Boy and State Of Mind got MUCH more chart-attacking abilities.

P.S. Lucullus is just AWESOME :-O

The recept "always hpv" = success is far too easy.If Scooter always had produced the same singles with hpv, they'd be commercially dead today - like e. g. Starsplash is.
Diversity is necessary for the long-term success. A hpv-single seems only fresh if it isn't the third or fourth in a row. And in earlier times there were a lot of non-hpv singles that were very successful - Back in the UK, I'm raving (a track like "The sound above..."), Fire, Maria, How much is the fish?, FasterHarderScooter,...

I also haven't seen the video on TV apart from the premiere and when it was played on "Neu". And I remember I saw Ti Sento and JAH quite a few times. So I think this time it's really not looking this good, although the song would definitely deserve it.

TSAMH really deserves a big succes, but I'm afraid it won't be the succes we hope for, which would be a shame, because this track is excellent ;)

it's not all days' evening, Poland is not lost yet ;)
"the sound above" could climb slower than other singles because of its different style. people must get used to it. and remember: releases before christmas are always difficult because of the sharp competition (christmas songs, before-christmas-singles from other artists fill up the charts - everyone releases before christmas to make money) - even the big hit Ramp! (which was also released in December) entered the German charts on #16 and became a Top10 hit after 3 weeks.
The only thing that makes my sorrows grow: The video hasn't really often been shown on TV yet - there is still "Ti Sento", so "The sound above..." could go under before many people have the chance to listen to it for a few times. Maybe the youngest single-release-policy (each 6-8 weeks a new single) is not the most intelligent one...

I think it is a great track, but for sales figures... when there is a 2 track and a maxi CD I buy both, so thats 2 sales, but this time I could only buy one.
I would think the biggest sales of this release will be from downloads, you can dowmload all four tracks for the price of a 2 track CD

It seems to sell rather well. In one store in Leer it was sold out and in another big CD store there were only 3 left. From other singles released this week were far more copies left. So this should be a good sign ;)
