Lucullus = the Roman 'congomen' (part of a tradtional Roman name) that means "A small Orchard". I found this on the net today ;)

A question: why do all people blame Michael when they don't like a track? Scooter make the tracks together and decide together what's beeing released, so if you don't like it, than blame all members, not just one ;) :whistling:
yea, why does everyone blame Mike for tracks they don't like? There are 2 more persons in the band. And even if it was Mike's idea, I don't they'd release it if Rick and HP didn't like it.

Can't wait to hear the Extended Version and the B-Side in full. Both samples sound very good

I blame HP for being lazy lazy lazy with his lyrics in TSAMH...
I give Michael two thumbs up, because it was his idea (source UTROTT DVD interviews) to have metropolis as the last UTROTT track.

I thank HP for not adding to many lyrics to TSMAH :D

For me there are enough lyrics in TSAMH :D I can't get enough of the "Here we.....everywhere" part, so I'm glad it's very often present in the track, and the new lyrics HP added just fit perfecty :)

I think it is well-balanced lyrically -- no need for more, as far as I can see. This song wouldn't work as well if it was stuffed with rhymes.
 This is a signature.

Lucullus sounds awesome from that sample  . I'm not very keen on the Electro mix though, extended mix sounds great.
I agree - Extended and Lucullus sound great - Electro mix not my style at home - it will probably get listened to once when I get it but can't see me listening to it more. I just used to love the club mixes

Exactly the way I see it

Electro Mix is Mike's fault?
There's actually 3 persons in the band - and remember, HP and Rick are the founders, with Jens, so they decide more than Mike.
If they weren't satisfied, this mix wouldn't have been.

HP lazy because of little and repetitive lyrics?
Less lyrics and more instrumental parts are good, for a change.
I remember earlier, people complained about loads of sh1tty lyrics - now when we've got a single with less and better lyrics, though repetitive, you complain AGAIN.
Don't behave like spoiled kids...

Just wanted to say it.

this sounds like a bad excuse...
TSAMH could be one of the greatest Scooter tracks of all time like "the chaser" but Scooter only managed to reach like 20% of its potential...

Here I go
Out to rave again
Hardcore fills the air
The sound above my hair
Lights in the sky, and in my eyes
You know it feels unfair
There's party everywhere

the lyrics are great, but you can't repeat those over and over again for more than 4 minutes. As Rick said in an interview: "We had to force HP to sing TSAMH" this indicates, that HP wasn't really happy with the song and didn't care for the lyrics at all...

I complain as long as Scooter release half-finished songs

Half finished song???? That's your opinion ;) For me the song is a finished masterpiece.

As Rick said in an interview: "We had to force HP to sing TSAMH" this indicates, that HP wasn't really happy with the song and didn't care for the lyrics at all...

HP didn't wanted to sing it at first because he thought his voice wouldn't fit to this melody / song, not because he didn't liked the text ;)

Ok, for the 100th time: ALL Scooter-made remixes, last albumtracks AND b-sides are made by the third member WITHOUT any word from the others. At least that's what Jay told me...

Except this HARDCORE FILLS THE AIR the lyrics are good.. why always hardcore... if he doesn't know what to sing he sings hardcore... There's no hardcore in Scooter.

WTF is going on inside Scooter´s heads?

Don´t get me wrong here the new singel is great and i like the way they presents it, the singel version is better than the album version witch is also great. for me best song on album and any song from JAOTW .
But then comes te b-side: Lucullus.
WTF ??? Its the best song i´v heard since The Chaser i sooooo f.ucking love it! why the hell put this as a b-side? when it´s clearly one of the better than any track from the album and the 4 before that one bla bla bla love it bla bla awsome blabla massive!!! can rant about this one 4-ever.
(i know sound like a fanatic there but i dont care i so f.ucking loves this track)
.

Well, I'm not gonna say anything about things I'm unknown with.
But no matter how it is, I doubt they would release a single with mixes that only the 3rd guy liked.

Exactly Traxx, all have to like them, otherwise for sure they wouldn't release them ;)

Why? AFAIK at Sheffield Axel wanted to release Don't Gimme The Funk, Rick wanted to release Dusty Vinyl. Instead they released She's The Sun...
