How much sports do you do?

Everywhere you look these days there are a lot of health recommendations from all kinds regarding sports and etc for a healthy way of life.

I just wonder how sportive are the Scooter Posse, keeping in mind that Scooter's music fits very well to sport activity.

Well I go 3 times to the gym for weight lifting+5 KM threadmill once a week at high RPM+40 minutes swimming once a week.

I also managed to get 30KM of walking per week, and recently I'm down to 20 because I'm busy, but I try to walk everywhere I can if I have the time and the walking distance is 30 minutes from my house/closest bus station.

And of course there's the occasional crazy dancing/jumping/shuffling to Scooter loud music.

P.S. Having said all that,I can't believe that I hated sports lessons in high-school,and when my sports teacher from high-school started to see me in the gym frequently his jaw pretty much fell down to the floor. 8o

I'm not really that active, but I'm walking from my home and to the close stores 4-5 times a week. About 2-2,5 km in total, there and back again.
And when the weather allows it, I try to walk more, but now it starts to be cold, so it's not so nice now.

Well, you're doing much sports. I only do sport when I go out with my friends to play football or basketball. But unfortunately this is very rare. I usually go to play pool games. I like them more. :P
Jumpstyle and shuffle... I do a lot of these. I don't know how good I am at it but I enjoy very much doing these crazy dances.

I go by bike to the school and it's 3 km forward and back together.
In the school we have sport lesson twice a week and we get a lot of markts and we do many sports :D
Also I'm jumping to Scooter :P
In our school there are many fat students. They usually don't like sports. I'm not that thin, but I love them.
SPORTS FOREVER!!!

damn,u are noy just posthunter u are also rude and disrespectful. I we talked about Rammstein u were iritated, now u are coming with this "oh come on" regarding RB. Btw,there is a new topic about The Bloodhound Gang,it's a good oportunity for moaning. Don't forget even if this is Scooter forum this section is called USER TOPICS. Personally i respect your opinion,i just don't like it when u are ironic or rude.

Yes, maybe that's true, I was a bit irritated about Rammstein that time. But I don't have any problems with them. It's up to everybody to choose what they listen to. I also don't have personally something against Robbie Williams. Just this 'All we want is to look good naked' sounds a bit, I don't know, strange?? as we had some nakedness discussions these days. Having that quotation at the end of sports topic and saying we do sports only to look good naked is not sounding very good to me.
I have nothing against anybody! and I really don't want to argue with anybody. If I said something wrong or I upset somebody, I'm sorry! Maybe I'm ironic, but that's the way I am sometimes. I didn't want to offend anyone. I apologize to you and Xer if you felt offended by me.
Btw,there is a new topic about The Bloodhound Gang,it's a good oportunity for moaning.
Now you're the rude one.

Just kidding, I know what you meant, both of you ;)

I'd say 70 kg's is normal for a girl at your age, Kriszti - I have a cousin on 10,5 years, and she's about 50, and she's neither too thin or fat :)
